    Pack the paint, dare them to shoot from the outside. They will make some, including some 3s, but collectively the Thunder is not a good shooting team.

    We are not playing Golden State, you know.

    I hate to say it; but this a statement game for the Thunder and I fully expect a loss tonight.

    The Rockets escaped game 2 with a 4th quarter meltdown by Westbrook. Tonight the home crowd will be electric and the bucket will look that much wider for the Thunder. It's going to be very difficult for the Rockets to match the energy and intensity unless Harden has one of his patented ridiculous shooting nights. Trust me, he won't be scoring 35 points on 20 free throws on the road in a hostile environment. That said, if not Harden, then someone else has to explode on offense tonight, maybe Ryan Anderson as the road warrior like so many here are predicting, in order for the Rockets to carve out a victory.

    I love that the first two stories on ESPN's NBA home page are about Russell Westbrook's regular season performance when his team is down 0-2. That network really has to milk that guy while he's still relevant.

    This is a statement game for the Rockets. Win tonight and OKC is done. Sweep OKC, crush the will of the team and the mediots. Grind them both to dust. Russ winning MVP will ring as hollow as when David Robinson won it over Dream.
