Went to twin peaks for lunch to pregame for tonight's game. Might have overdid it. 2 fireballs and 2 talls erased whatever desire I had to work the rest of the day. Can't wait for tonight.

Still 6 hours away.......Day is going slow.

A little bridge the gap with the Stros playing at 6.

2-0 lead is no guarantee. We took care of our business at home and now they look to do the same and bring it back to Houston tied up. Many series have gone like this with the team winning 1st road win usually being the team that wins the series.

Do not sleep on them. Step on their throat and take this. You know their crowd is going to give them tons of energy too.

Honestly, this game comes down to effort. 1st game the Rockets bullied OKC down low. Capela's best game. 2nd game, Rockets got bullied down low. Capela played soft again. Took the Rockets until the 4th quarter of the last game to get back to being the bully.

OKC will get on runs. Rockets just need to be able to take those punches and respond.

This is the kind of game, where the Rockets are the "villain", where I would LOVE to see Pat Beverley rise up again and be a factor. He relishes that. It could help set the tone for the team with his infectious energy.

Would be great to see the team show no mercy and take a commanding 3-0 lead. Anderson needs to be on a short leash. If he comes out offering nothing like he did last game, need to bench him and give Troy Williams a try.

“We tried to put as many bodies in front of Russell Westbrook as it takes,” Rockets point guard Pat Beverley said. “If we could put more (players) out there, it’d be better for us. He’s a phenomenal player. He’s been doing phenomenal things all season, so we’re just trying to make it as tough as possible on him… There’s no one person in this league that can stop Russ. It’s been proven. It’s a team effort, and we’ll just try to make it as tough as possible for him."

    Game 3 predictions:

Ryan Anderson has over 20pts on greater than 45% from three
    Trevor Ariza gets 15
    Sweet Lou Part II
    Capela double double
    James Harden triple double

Rockets win by 10+. Media shuts the hell up as OKC has no chance to come back after tonight (inb4 there is still a chance, don't look to the next round, etc.)

Doubters should do a self check-in at Don Knock's thread and save the poor man the trouble if going through thousands of posts.

This is one game doubters should be forgiven, but as you know, rules are rules.:)

For what it is worth Ryno is 32 for 79 in OKC for his career good for 41% including a 6 for 12 when with Orlando. So. Home slice is due to tickle the strings.

I just finished re-watching the 1st 4 minutes of the 4th quarter with OKC up by 8 at some point. In those crucial minutes. Capela owned our paint like a boss, either blocking or altering so many shot attempts -- all of that without committing a single foul. The guy has come a long way in just 2 years. He used to be a foul machine.
