Instead of ESPN celebrating what the rockets have accomplished, they talk about how the rockets aren't close to the record set by the '08 Rockets and the super old Lakers.

Rockets have 0 chance against Warriors

CP3 hasn't played well enough in recent weeks

Rockets don't have one advantage over the Warriors. none.

GSW in 6 if GSW has home court.

GSW in 7 if HOU has home court.

    You know, the basics.

Honestly would prefer him to even LeBron James.

Paul George has been pretty inconsistent this year but he’s always been someone that I think would pair up so well with Harden.

In our team, he’ll pretty much be a suped up Trevor Ariza aka best wing defender, near 40% 3-point shooter but can also create his own shot and finish at the rim to some extent. We won’t need him to be a +20ppg scorer but chip in 18/6/4 on good shooting splits and great defense.

Plus, he’s 28. He and Harden will have the rest of their primes (4-5 years) together.

Is it just me or is Cory Brewer on every team the Rockets play?

16 in a row baby. How about our Rockets.

CP3 is my MVP for this game.

We could win the title and we still would be disrespected in the media and by other fans

As I said, OKC just isn't a very good team. Talented? Sure, but we are a TEAM -- a well-oiled machine that just keeps getting the job done.

Tonight was one of those games where James doesn't seem very focused and plays pretty sloppy. Last year, this would've been a loss. This year? Nope. CP3 is on the scene to keep everyone else locked in even if Beard isn't.

Think of it this way: We just played a team many pundits picked to compete with Golden State for the title, in THEIR arena, in a game that was pretty important for their playoffs aspirations... and the game was never really close after about 1/3 of the way through the second quarter. (And Capela was tied for our WORST rebounder tonight.)

Haha, so he’s taking a “cheap shot” at the Rockets by making them more fatigued for a back to back? Could be plausible and I never would have imagined a coach doing something like that lol.

Either way glad the Rockets won.

Just like in the playoffs last year vs OKC, Nene was more effective than Capela.

Gerald Green and Nene led the team in +/-. Of course, GG will go back to DNP-CD when the inferior player Joe Johnson returns, because loyalty.

GG wasn't great. I'm not saying he was bad, he was just out there. He hit some shots, but he didn't do much.

Anyone get the feeling that the Rockets just kinda “mail it in” midway through the 4th when they have a healthy lead against teams not named Warriors and Celtics?

Like tonight for instance, Harden was not aggressive nor careful with handling the rock. Granted Paul George was defending him aggressively all night but I’ve seen Harden overcome that usually. It just seemed like Harden and to an extent the rest of the team were not “concerned” about losing to the Thunder.

Not that that’s a good habit to develop, but.....I understand. Rockets are just really really good now.
