Oladipo was out of control the entire game. They really needed a point guard out there tonight.

I wonder how much more motivated OKC was to beat us after we spammed 3s trying to get the record last game.

That was pretty disrespectful and they played a lot harder than us in this game.

This is the first game I thought Silas lineup coaching was off.

Shouldve kept EG and Wood out there when we weren’t hitting shots.

We had plenty of "trap" games when we were contenders so I ain't even mad. This team gotta learn what it means to be a good team and the pressure that comes with those exceptions. Learn or don't is the next step for this group.

Well he's not wrong. Not completely anyways. The total defensive breakdown at the rim wasn't his fault, but about 60% of the offense was.

Should have played Mason Jones more than 11 minutes, and McLemore less than 12. A lot less. House? I hope we can fold him into a deal at the deadline. He played 25 minutes and scored a grand total of 2 points. Hell, Kurucs scored more than that in 6 and he was sucking the entire brief time he was on the court. House may have forgotten, busy as he was laying bricks, that the team scoring the most points wins. I read that somewhere.

I'll add that we need a third 5 that can be at least a little effective. Cousins should have sat this one out. Wall isn't the only player coming back after 2 seasons off due to injury.

He has had many games like this, especially earlier in the season.

This is when Silas steps in and draws up plays for his best player, right?

Wood was getting iced again or given ball in bad spots and Silas just ignores it in favor of more touches to Wall-Dipo-Boogie.

Don't worry Dipo, hopefully in a few months it won't matter b/c you'll be traded from the Rockets.

Silas starting to get that dantoni vibe of sticking to his minutes distribution gameplan rather than by feel for the game. He keeps struggling lineups/players too long.

Eg should stop being a facilitator and just be like jordan clarkson, all offense attacking all the time. Its either he forces many passes that arent there or gives a lazy pass resulting to TOs. Ill take a missed shot over a giveaway every single time.

    It started out so good.

Maybe Silas should have called more timeouts. His ATO% must have taken a hit this game.
