We actually weren’t horrible on defensive, and Alpi especially had some good moments and even Jalen who has been rightfully criticized for letting people by him was staying in front of guys well. Jabari is always going to give max effort and that creates opportunities as well.

But both FVV and Dillon had plays where their guy just went by them like nothing, and I’m starting to think that the load is wearing on them. We’re almost certainly not going to make the play-in now, so I would not be against giving Amen and Cam some more run just to see what their dynamic athleticism can do against other team’s starters.

 

Depressing game. This team isn't that close really. Still way too many holes, and I'm not sure Stone is the guy to fill them.

 

We were outhustled or something I guess.

 

We need to FIRE Stone, he is a tanking GM. We need a real GM

 

Dead serious when I say I think this team would be .500 if we replaced Jalen's minutes with some really mid dude like Gary Trent Jr or Malik Monk. He has been that big of a drag on the team. He takes so many bad contested shots while being a subpar shooter.

 

What culture are FVV and DB bringing again at $60M?

 

I think the garm is more upset now than this time last year

 

Fred is an liability
Dillon is an liability
Jalen is happy guy longest he gets a bucket even we down 20
Jabari is still 2 yrs away from competent player who plays 40mins per night due to roster
Sengun is an borderline All-Star with a body only good for 40 games..

 

Jalen is playing out of his position, he is a 6th Man

 

Facts. OKC’s timeline was accelerated because they found their guy. We got our guy in James Harden early into the last 41-41 straight seasons rebuild. I don’t think we have that absolute superstar unless Alpi develops into him, and Jalen is less Jamal Murray and more Gary Harris if he doesn’t work his ass off this offseason (provided he isn’t gone)

 

Brooks ain't no great shake himself. You could not play FVV and DB and pretty much not lose anything. To have 63 or 64 mil tied up with these 2 is incomprehensible. We grossly overpaid (#3 guard) for FVV and if you are seeing stellar defense from DB, you see something I don't.

 

Believe it or not, Poole looks worse than Green this year. And is getting paid about 4x as much! He appears to be playing decently from the bench, though.

 

Our offense sucks. 95 points on 95 shots.

Man when it was 51 to 48 and Alpi missed those two free throws it was over from then on. Not Alpi fault but it is what it is. This team is inconsistent and not good enough.

 

Gary Trent is on a sub 0.400 Raptors......safe to say this season has been fun but the Rockets just suck on the road to be anywhere.

Blow up the Front Office, just send those Tilmen packing.

 

Another year of the Tilman era. People can choose to get more mad or more disengaged I guess.
