I guess I'm getting old. Bongs are just not necessary for me anymore and too much upkeep. I keep it simple.

It's called using your brain. When did D-Mo go down? It certainly wasn't last season now was it? That must mean... *gasp* the season before. I also said about 36% not 37%. Your graph showed he was hitting 33% and 35% on the corner threes, which includes his shot early on, not the much higher clip he was shooting at before he went down.

That's right, man. Never advocate for that even if you really mean it.

Just say what you have to say. You lack straightforwardness. It doesn't mean you're wrong, but you are confusing.

Just glad we won, Harden rarely plays great in OKC. Funny how WB getting his 7th triple-double in a loss is more important than anything for ESPN.

ESPN actually gave Bev some props and changed the headline. Not that it really matters. The only thing that matters is who won and the Rockets did. Westbrook can have the MVP as far as I'm concerned. Rockets win the championship I'm perfectly ok with that tradeoff.

    Westbrick - MVP
Harden - Finals MVP and the Rocketship,

Yep, dude is perfect with that,

They're playing with a ton of passion and winning the games they're supposed to.
The Rockets are fun to watch again.

Watching Westi play i can certainly see/understand why Durant did not want to play with him anymore.

If I'm the Thunder I wouldn't be all that excited about what Westbrook is doing. It's a great story and all, but the dude is taking a ton of punishment physically, especially trying to rebound so much.

Harden takes his share of punishment as well but his playing style is not nearly as hard on his body as Westbrook's is.

With it being just him on that team and no other playmaker, by the end of the season that guy is very likely to be running on fumes.

Great game for awhile, and then I thought we were going to give it away with sloppy play along with the help of some terrible calls in the 4th. We were lucky to come out with a win on that one. I don't know why coach didn't take Gordon out and put a center in sooner in those last minutes to help on defense. Gordon wouldn't take a shot being covered at the 3, and we could have used some help in the paint. Personally, I wish Harden sat the bench in the last 3 minutes of every game and we used Beverly, Gordon, Ariza, Decker, and Harrell. I like the defense they bring, the fire on defense, the 3pt capability, and the ability to get to the paint and layup or dunk is still there.

I absolutely hate how Harden plays when he is in there for the last 3 minutes. Slow, selfish, and sloppy is what his play turns into. Yes, he played good against the Lakers 4th quarter, but I can't even count how many times he has just played Me Ball, standing there dribbling forever, trying to go in arms flailing at the last minute because he can't take a shot, to not even make a real attempt at shooting and not get the call. It's that or taking terrible shots at the last second when covered instead of passing it off before 1 second on the board. He gets sloppy with his ball handling, and turns the ball over needlessly or makes bad passes. It's as if he turns into a different player, and all that he does good goes by the wayside and Mr. MeMe comes in.

I love how Harden and Clint were connecting at the start of the game! Beverly, Gordon, Ariza, Decker, and Harrell can bring that same kind of chemistry at the end, but we need to bring Peyton up, or have another guard capable off the bench to supplement Gordon or Beverly, to keep them fresh for the final minutes.

Great result. These are the kind of games you got to win by hook or crook and Rockets took care of business

I still don't feel that good about this game. Too many unforced errors and mistakes to just celebrate like this. We don't execute our plays very well down the stretch which is very concerning.

    Win is a win.

Rockets are a tier above OKC.

It's fluky that OKC goes on these huge runs late in the game against us consistently.

If it's consistently happening, then it's not a fluke. And how you win a game matters more than you actually winning, because it predicts future performance. I'm going to be skeptical about this team until they have good game against Memphis and other elite defensive teams. We usually struggle against them, remember the Pistons game?
