Knicks wanted EG and Ariza tho...EG has 15 at halftime and is a +17

 

In comparison to the other preseason games I have watched so far, we are much less rusty compared to other teams at this point.
Which is great because the season starts very soon.

 

I know I won't find 100% objective opinion on this forum, but how can anyone who watches Rockets games and come away thinking Harden is the best passer in the league? Yeah, he's got some good court vision, but has no discipline with his passing whatsoever. If you're always looking to throw passes no matter what, sure you're going to rake up many assists, but at what cost? Hence his ridiculous turnover numbers.

In terms of pure play-making ability, CP3 is far ahead of Harden, no doubt.

 

You’re right but it’s not necessarily a bad thing to have both styles. Hopefully Harden and CP3 can compliment each other by being opposites in their aversion to risk.

CP3 just does it in a way that makes you say “who can do it better?”

nobody has ever said that Harden was the best passer in the league

Harden is a very talented passer who takes a lot of risks

 

For the two teams I follow, whenever they suck in preseason it follows in the regular season.
Especially things like defence and half court offence. And effort.
So I also don't buy "it's only preseason". Except some rustiness in shooting and players getting tired sooner than in RS.

 

That was the consensus opinion of clutchfans last year, and I'm pretty sure many Rockets fans still regard him as the best. To me, at best he's top 3, but not any higher.

 

So can this team take down Warriors?

Lmao, why are u making sh*t up? NOBODY said that Harden was the best passer in the NBA, and no, Rockets fans don't regard him as the best. U literally made all of that up.

 

I usually like to reserve judgement on these type of decisions up until at least the 3rd game of pre-season before I can make an informed opinion.

 

LOL! That's the first time I've seen CP3 smiling during a game.

 

the cp3 affect is the fact that we only have 6 TOs at halftime of what should be a very sloppy game. harden has most of those TOs himself.

with such a high powered offense, cutting down on turnovers is huge!
