    With DFS not playing to begin the season, it's really going to put the pressure on Amen to be defending the other team's best players. I think Tari will need to play some heavier minutes this game along with Josh Okogie getting some reps as well. If Jaylen is not going to play, that's really going to take off some of the pressure.

    Looking forward to getting the season started!

    No J-Will would be very big! But man I’ve seen the game against the Nuggets even without him and Nuggets needed to shoot lights out to beat the starters. Granted no Jokic either. Our double big line-up was somewhat successful but Chet burned us from 3 and our advantage is not that great against their bigs. Steady Freddy helps with no turnovers and their defense definitely will punish guys not being tight with their handles so we need an amazing game from at least 4/5 guys and KD to be on point to win.

    Its also on regular NBC where I live ( Colorado), but I dunno if the NBC feed is blacked out in Texas/Rockets Market

    Theyve won 1 season opener in the last 10 years.

    I've expected a loss in this one since the schedule was announced. But hopefully the Rockets are competitive and have a chance to win it in the 4th quarter.

    Now Friday night's home opener against Detroit is another matter entirely.
