1. We desperately need Kyle Lowry. 2. We desperately need Kevin Martin's scoring or "threat" to score (resulting in free throws) 3. Anthony Carter would be a better option than Fortson. (Flynn part 2) 4. The Rockets will be the 7th seed.
I really hope we make the playoffs this year. we need to badly. hopefully we can go on a winning streak soon and pull away from the other teams. could've used k-mart in this game for some scoring. I think he'll be a big scoring boost especially with no trade rumors in the back of his head. please make the playoffs this year rockets. that's all i ask for is to make the playoffs and win just one home game for us!
Dumbest post in awhile. Unless you think the front office gave Lowry a bacterial infection and strained Martin's shoulder on purpose I don't see how that makes any sense.
I would feel a lot better about Phoenix having a tough road trip coming up if the Rockets didn't have to play the Lakers (twice), Mavs (twice), Grizzlies, Pacers, and Bulls over their next 9 games. It's not getting any easier.
This was exactly like the Boston/Toronto games where they played a physical game against Boston, and then came out with no energy against Toronto the next night.
Seems like early turn overs and lack of guarding the paint cost us this one. On several plays they just took it right in there and dunked it. Oh and not hitting any threes either didn't help much...
Arguably our two best (offensive) players were out (Lowry and Martin). So, no I don't think this is the team Morey has in mind.
It's funny how so many ppl were hating on Anthony Carter and Derek Fisher, but they are a lot better than what we have now.
