Yea, our players remind me of old school players. Not too much showboating ..just plain basketball , get the win. I love the emotion that our players display when they make a big play and I love how our bench players are into the game like cheerleaders.

Really enjoyed reading you guys' posts. I know this is way off the top, but can't help asking: Who are the two ladies receiving so much attention from the camera guy covering the game? The one wearing red is simply outstanding. Just out of curiosity, who is she? A celebrity or a cheerleader? Can someone please tell me? If you happen to have a picture of her, please post it.
I totally dont agree with Yao's assesment of his rebounding prowess.. I just got finished clipping the highlights...and in the 4th especially...he was going after the ball...he was fighting for it...he WAS DOMINANT! That quote is just Yao being Yao....doesnt want to gloat...or even take the credit he so richly deserves.. I had no idea this night could get better than it already was.... One of my teammates shot a 300...we took all 4 games in league play tonight....and as if that wasnt pleasing enough......THE ROCKETS DOMINATED THE ALL MIGHTY SUNS!!!!!!111 Wooooo fricking hoooooooooo now...to the topic Im sure alot of you are asking me right now... My preliminary schedule calls for the torrent to be ready by midafternoon Saturday...I may have the highlights ready before then...but I aint guaranteeing it. Besides.....I guarantee you that you want the WHOLE GAME...I couldnt include enough in the hihglights to show the excellence that was the Rockets play.... so be patient.....remember what momma used to say.....Good Things Come to Those Who Wait...
still too excited to sleep after the huge victory.... after they march all the way back from 14 pts deficit and went up by 1 with james' 3 in the fourth quarter, i thought even if they didn't win tonight, they've grow a lot over the last 2 games as a team... but to come away with a 20 pts win, it's just amazing.. wesley was huge with the early scoring and played all-out for 38min, barry and sura again provided the team with their much-needed veteran leadership, bowen stepped-in and put the clamp on their "3-ball" shooter, and t-mac and yao played the type of game that t-mac envisioned they're capable of playing when he decided to join the rockets.
it is 4:15am here... I dont normally stay up this late...but I was bowling in league till 10:30....and didnt get home till 11...and then I had to watch the game as I was editing... so I just got finsihed watching the game about a hour and a half ago...and then had to setup the encoding process to run while Im asleep....it normally takes 6-8 hours to run 2pass encoding on 2 hrs of video.. Then I have to uplod it to the server to set the torrent going...that takes 4 hrs... So basically.....the encode will be done by noon....and the torrent shoudl be posted by around 4 or so... but that isnt a hard and firm time....stuff happens....just rest assured that I will post it as soon as I can.
ok...I took pity on yall....and finished up the highlights before going to bed. same ol same ol....once you get the file..leave your client open and seeding for as long as you can.....preferrably thru tomorrow so I can close my seed off to devote it to getting the game file uploaded tomorrow.... With TMac and Yao playing at this level, No one could ever beat us, ever. And you can see it tonight, if Marion had played and dared to drive to paint, Yao would have eaten him alive
There is always a torrent file on yaoming's fan page. For it is offcial, the bandwidth is never a problem(I am downloading the game now and download side seeds are 15 on my computer.)
These last two games could be huge to the team and Yao. The team should feel very good after beating the 4th best, 3rd best, and 2rd best team in the West conference in a week. The last two games by Yao probably have earned enough respect from his teammates and even referees. Yao is quickly becoming a clutch performer. 14 points, 10 boards, 2 blocks and 1 assist in the most important 4th quarter against Amare and the whole Suns frontcourt is just insane. If he can play even 70% like that the whole game, he will be the consensus league MVP for sure. The second half against the Suns really shows what Yao can contribute to a championship contender, and why Tracy insisted that he plays for the Rockets. Yao totally owned the paint (can remeber how many air balls and ugly shots the Suns launched in the 4th quarter against us) both defensively and offensively. If Yao plays with such passion in the playoffs, I am not sure which team can hang with us (assuming TMac is his usual self and the role players know their roles).
Took my family to see the game. Half cheering for Suns (which I do when they are not playing the Rockets) and the other, including me, cheering for the Rockets. What impressed me the most was the composure the Rockets showed in response to the Suns' 3-pt barrage in the 3rd quarter. Down by 14, the came fighting back and basically assumed total control of the game. Kudos to Ryan Bowen who helped shut down the Suns' 3-pt shooting. Suns are fun to watch but I think they will have trouble going far in the playoffs. Last night they just seemed too laid back and content to shoot the 3s. No defense to speak of. TMac was incredible and so was Yao. We are lucky to have them both. Definitely the best game I've seen the Rockets play this year!
Folks, I have been to the mountain top. I have seen what the Rox are capable of. We'll kick some a$$. We'll kick some a$$. Great god allmighty, we'll kick some a$$. Seriously, the best part about this win was that the Rox were not shooting out of their minds. Tracy was unreal but thats what he does. Wesley started off hot but cooled down. The Rox were just playing solid BB and imposing their game plan on the Suns. We didn't even shoot 50% for the game which isn't bad but isn't unreal. I am really excited to get this win the way we got it. Everybody played their role and contributed whatever they could. Nobody is gonna want to face the Rox come playoffs...even the Spurs. I can't wait. Go Rox!
risky as hell..but yeah that was tight. Q. Rich..well according to records..tehy have had more wins than us.. Nash was only 60%..that's why he seemed so awkward..but nayways I think Jamse and Wesley can defend him.. I hope the Suns tire out and are injured by playoffs. Rockets are a really good team. Each game is like a battle..and they've been victorious a lot of times...a few games we could have won..like that BS Crawford bank shot game...or CWebb makin a 3 for OT..
