just a reminder- I think Marion will be the Rocket killer. Better keep him at bay at critical times in the game. Also the officials- those guys can kill... remember the first Seattle game at the end. They can either call a good game and we win or they can be sure the darlings win.
I believe we have to play and give 150% effort. The entire team has to play and execute well. Yao definitely will have to be involved and contribute if we need to win. Tmac needs to knock down shots..drive ..take over if he can. We cannot let Steve Nash create. Mike James..imo..is capable of staying with Nash...James will definitely have to play hard and make shots..limit turnovers..play smart basketball. Amare..well don't let Nash set him up..and then just play defense on him. I think Howard and Yao will do fine in frontcourt on defense. We need to stop their backcourt..including Marion. I forgot about Marion. Howard cannot keep up with Marion. That isn't good.. And then on offense..we need to score everytime. We can do it. Our offense is good..just get open easy shots..for Yao and Tmac..and then for other guys like Howard, Wesley, James, Barry, Padgett..They can knock down shots. I hope we win.

1st of all, beating the sonics dont mean we can beat the suns, cause the suns is a much better and different team. 2nd, yao vs amare is a mismatch for both on the offensive end. The way the suns run, i'd be shocked if yao will be a factor just cause he won't last beyond 35 min.... 3rd, howard will have a hard time keeping up with marion, i rather have bowen on him instead. 4th, gotta keep a leash on johnson and Q, they're as dangerous shooting the 3's as allen/lewis. It'll be a hard game to win, but at least we can try to avoid another blowout.

Phoenix is not a team we can blow out. They have enough scorers that there's no way we kill them, that is too lofty a goal against one of the best couple teams in the league. We need to play tough D and good offense just to win this game. No screw ups and no choke performances, everyone needs to come out and play. Gotta have Yao be tough offensively though, because we know Amare will be, so at least hope that we can neutralize him. 96-95 Houston
One word. Rebound Sun is one of the worst rebounding team. If we can control the boards, we control the key to this game. Sura comes in just about time.
If we slow the game down and pound the ball down their throats with Yao, we will have a great shot at this. It's all about the tempo for us in this one. No way we can keep up if we play their style of ball. I have a good feeling about this game also as I do with the Sonics yesterday.
No way they want to slow it down. They are going to run, but they are not as fearful as the beginning of the season. We just need to keep it close till late 4th, I like our chances against them in a close game.
The key is to control Nash. He sets up other guys so beautifully it's a nightmare watching Nash disect our defense. Quentin Richardson needs to be held in check. Last time he nailed 3 pointers after 3 pointers we got to get up on him. We should have no trouble containing stoudamire. We got to go inside to Yao all game, and take them out of their game plan.
