This is a dangerous game. At least against the Clippers we could compete in both half-court and fast break. We play fast break the entire game against the suns and we'll lose, they're just much better at it than us. A fast tempo game favors them. Our fastbreak jumpers fell against the clippers. They must fall against the suns too or they'll push the ball so far down our throats we won't recover. We should push the ball up quickly, but only take VERY open shots. If we're denied that, we'll settle into our half-court sets and let Tmac do his thing. Defensively we just shouldn't let them shoot threes.
I think the Rockets come in hot to this game so I expect it to be close but I truely feel deep down that the Rockets tac on another victory before the allstar break. Go Rockets!!!
Rockets by 4, 101 to 97. The difference is Rafer has two more assists than Nash. TMAC with 27/5/5, Yao with 22/9, Swift 13/7, Rafer 17/12ast/5stl and Bogans with double figures scoring again.
Didn't we beat Suns at their own game on their home court last year when Yao had a big game, and Amare was playing too. And Yao is a upgraded version now. So 125-110 Rockets win.
I don't think we beat Phoenix by double digits but I have a strong feeling we win a close game tomorrow and continue our winning ways. Go Rockets!!!
Lakers lost, Kings lost, Denver lost. If we want to make the 8th, we have to be better than the kings/lakers for sure. I think Denver might take the division, though. we're 4 games out of the playoffs. COME ON ROCKETS! with a win tomorrow, we'll have all the momentum PLUS we'll only be a game behind the kings.
The Suns spanked Denver, they were 12/25 from 3 pt range, sure hope the law of averages applies on Thursday and they shoot 6/25.
