Not an excuse for the Rockets performance, just an honest question:

Are the Suns the new Jazz? In the Stockton-Karla era, everyone knew that when you went to Utah, you would play 5-on-8. I hadn't seen an NBA game that poorly officiated since then until tonight.

I don't watch the Suns enough to know, but are they always called this ridiculously one-sided?

Barbosa looks like the combination of Dwyane Wade, Vlade Divac, and Bruce Bowen out there. He's groping Battier on defense and flops or gets ticky-tack fouls called on his defender.

If we go on to lose this game, the headlines writers and the pundits are going to have a field day feasting on us...

Tracy McGrady is going to take over this game in the second half.

I wish I had your confidence, though I do think the Rockets collectively will play better than they did in the first half.

You could tell from the games they played in that they aren't ready. V-Span plays out of control and Novak can't play defense. Experience won't change that enough for Novak. The weight room and speed and agility work are what he needs.

One on One, it will never happen, take a look at yao's numbers, rockets' opponents will try all ways to kill yao.

As many penetrators as you can can get: double penetration works best.

We will come back and win this game!!!

    lol

experience is the number one reason to develop your game

the gym won't help you being a good defender if you don't have a brain (thru experience)

pretty much expected us to be down by a lot. phoenix is our worst matchup. bell, diaw, marion, amare, barbosa, they're all much quicker and more athletic than every one of our players.

Yes, Yao is been doubled, tripled and when he passed it out our role players can not capitalize----that says, your offense sucks; Suns had 35 in a quarter, says our defense are not as strong as it looks before (or, at least, against teams play the Sun style). That must mean sth is wrong with the game. And at the end, if we walked out with a lose and Amare outshine Yao, you know what, people are gonna say: AMARE OWNED YAO...
