Rockets are 0-4 against contenders.

Mavs were 0-4 when Rocks met them and Heat were/still are just as bad.

Gotta get that first win over a contender, a .500+ team.

edit: Actually, you are "top ten"...because you didn't count clutch....LOL...stupid me.

 

i know we would like the rockets to win but this is gonna take a lot of effort...tracy is slightly injured...yao got kneed in the balls...and amare is back and on fire again...i hope vspan can get some minutes and take it to nash...and to make the blade more sharper...they're 5-2 at home..

 

The game depends on Yao's stamina! How tired will he be tomorrow. Yao used to be not good in the 2nd of the back-to-back. But he has been improved a lot this season with conditioning, and tomorrow will be a test.

 

Good test for us. T-Mac can't play the way he planned tonight against the T-Wolves if he want to win. It'll be tough though. Suns are on a roll now.

 

intresting to see current steve nash vs future steve nash

 

Mavs were 0-1 when the roxs met them and 0-2 when the roxs left them

And we did not just beat them, we owned them with their full roster(j.howard too)

It would be a tougher game now, no doubt.

I hope the roxs rise to the suns and steal a win.

they'll be ready to come out, and kick ass.

 

I really hope the Rox play to our strenghts and impose our style on the Suns. The key to winning tomorrow is LIMIT LONG SHOTS. If we keep our shot selection 15-17 ft and hit a consistent percentage then we LIMIT the Suns run and gun gimmicky style. I never understood why each team feels they can run with the Suns. I say that we walk every possession up court regardless from a made basket or not. Yao would DOMINATE the soft front court of the Suns if we just keep POUNDING it to him. Yao should shoot a minimum of 25 shots tomorrow. And if the Suns play keep away from Yao, we can't SETTLE for outside shots. We need to drive and get in the lane. NO LONG SHOTS!!!

i really hope i am wrong but...we will lose this one.

1. we never play good against the crazy running suns.
2. we don't defend the 3 against any team.
3. yao is going to be useless in this game.
4. we just played tonight.
