Great win, our best game of the season.. Yaos best game of the season. Francis was just a spark off the bench. I say keep him on the bench(like the mavs are doing with terry), make sure he gets about 25-30 atleast a night

Time after time we built a lead, only to see Phoenix cut into it and push us hard. Did we fold. HELL NO! We regrouped, ran the motion offense, found the open man, played great D, and won the damn game!

    Impressive. very impressive.

I really like the different combinations that RA was throwing out on the court. And this is just the beginning...

    Best win of the season.

Yao and Francis were absolutely clutch. The only downside surprisingly... was T-mac. He looked very lethargic the whole game, and what happened to his FTs?.

But its awesome that we can beat Phoenix at their homecourt even w/o T-mac at his best.

I like Adelman and how willing he is to make changes and adapt to the situation. If only JVG had some of that, he would be a championship level coach.

I wonder if we can get Artest out of Sacramento.

Best game rockets have played in three years. Damn, this is a good team. Francis did great, Yao did great, TMac did ok(always does something), Alston did great(Mabye it was just a slump...we will see).

I thought overall the best thing the rockets did was play superb defense. I have never seen any team shut out the suns like that. Unbelievable. If we can keep this play up, no doubt a championship.

they did to start the game. yao went out and made 2 straight jumpers. they stopped fronting and yao went to work. if yao missed those Js maybe they would still front. but i they did, w/ the way our role players are stepping up, we still would make them pay.

the only negative is tracy settled for jumpshots tonight for whatever reason. but at least he didn't force it after he missed a J w/ 6 minutes left. he turned off his trigger and started passing.

Great game. Steve has the heart 24-7 that Tracy only shows glimpses of. I think steve coming off the bench is actually better then him starting as he gives us a kick off the bench. Having Yao - Tmac - Stevie on the floor at the same time in close games is gonna be killer for us. The best perimeter defender will always take tmac, and that gives stevie a chance to punish the defense

All the guards played well, especially Francis and Rafer. Yao had a great overall game, though he still had too many turn overs (6). Good to see us get a win vs a great team like Pheonix, especially with Tmac having an off night shooing (7-19 for 18 pts). Hopefully we build on it tomorrow vs GS.

Steve played with a lot of heart. That's what he brings to the court every night.
    I hope he starts soon.

Great news the Warriors are currently playing the Kings. So both teams will be coming off a b2b.

what a crazy game by francis. every pass led to an assist seemingly, he traveled a couple of times and didn't get called, makes the game sealing layup basically, strips amare to really seal the game on what maybe could've been a foul, and barbosa didn't even hit that 3 when he forgot to get back with about 1:30 to go. everything was going right for him, basically b/c he was just trying to make things happen, something that isn't always here on this team.

now he'll probably go 1-8 with 5 turnovers next game, but this shows what enthusiasm and playing hard, even if occasionally out of control, can do for a team.

Luckily, we have two superstars. When one of them is off, another one takes over. :D

    1. We held the Suns to 94 points, 12 points under their season average.

    2. Francis is the best PG on the team.

    3. Somebody is gonna be sleeping with the fish tonight, because the Rockets were supposed lose.

    4. Yao dominated.

    5. T-Mac had a sub-par game and we still won.

    6. It was another road win in tough place....I'm almost hoping we get the #5 or #6, this team plays way more focus on the road.

    Oh yeah....

People still worried that Adelman's team cannot play defense?

Drove it to the rack and mad a great layup after everyone else on the team was playing hot potato with the ball.
