The sad part of Kawhi's injury is that he can technically rest up for a potential game 7. Game 6 would be found money and gravy.

He arm barred him.......pushed him away from being able to block the shot.....still never going to be called.

are you sure? I'm not sure. I do recall Capela got switched on Gino near the arc as LMA "rolled" away, as that was what they were looking for, so was indeed shadowing him all the way to the rim, so @tmacfor35 saying LMA might have stepped in the way made sense to me.

We are all upset that the Rockets lost a golden opportunity to advance with just a victory at home court. It is not just the loss, but how we lost it.

The more I think about it, blame should lay more at the MDA'S feet rather than the players. Sure, Harden needs to realize how important ball protection is in those precious few possessions. Still, lack of movement, defensive pressure, etc.... were all mainly due to total exhaustion. We do not lose yesterday's game if the players had been properly rested -- and that is the head coach's responsibility.

Let's us hope that lessons can be learned from yesterday's debacle.

As shitty as Harden played in OT, the refs ****ed us the entire night as well. James and Clint were being physically assaulted every time they went up for a lay up and not one whistle all night, but if the the sweat from the tip of Kashi's braids hit a rockets defender it was a foul, bull ****.

To your point, Jonnathan Simmons flopped egregiously and got a whistle.

I don't have necessary stats but I have the impression that the bulk of our successful possessions start from a DReb, not from the baseline after a good basket from the Spurs.

Grabbing DReb -> pace up -> opponent transition D formation messed up --> better execution of D'Antoni O

You have to give it to Pop though to have recognized the issue and made the necessary adjustment in the 2nd half, and that he's doing the right thing year after year after year.

Unfortunately we don't have someone, player or coach, to consistently watch out against bad habbits and kick butts at the right time.

But I still have hope. Ain't over yet.

Thank you FN for the post judging from the video looks like a flop and the slap on the butt brings back memories of the high five from the refs in the texans - raiders game it just makes me sick just thinking pro sports could actually be fixed

I strongly disagree. Harden has been feeding those guys all season long. I'd say he's empowered his supporting cast far more than any other superstar. His problem was TOs, he only shot like 2 bad shots. Most of his turnovers came when driving/kicking to teammates.
