Harden's highlight vid on Dawkins has 473 likes and only 13 dislikes

Kawhi's vid has 124 likes and 78 dislikes

 

I just rewatched the highlights and James made some great reads and passes in this game, just beautiful basketball...Westbrick should take notes.

 

Game 2 adjustments for the Spurs...They need to have Kawhi on Harden at all times... People suggest that Pop is gonna magically get his perimeter guys to run the Rockets off the 3 point line... The problem is that the Rockets are a very efficient team historically if they thrive in the paint. The Spurs have to essentially neutralize Harden's passing ability inorder to have defensive success against the Rockets. In regards to their offense, the Spurs need to experiment with different lineups...And perhaps force feeding LMA in the post. You have to force the Rockets to double the post and then rely on precision passing on the perimeter.

Game 2 adjustments for the Rockets...They need to develop consistency with their shooting. Last night was amazing as a fan of bball to see the Rockets do what the Warriors do to teams all the time...But the Rockets really need to find consistency. They shots they took last night were in rhythm, and the Spurs will do everything to alter that. If they pressure Harden, others(ie. Bevereley) need to take it as an insult and attack the paint more. The Spurs interior defense is piss poor without their HOF man there. People dont understand that LMA was always a liability in the paint defensively...so is Gasol. The Rockets need to relentlessly attack the paint. 2. Continue to be aggressive defensively...active hands. Bev's intensity has been contagious...as players like Gordon and Lou are just being active on the perimeter defensively. Getting timely steals sets up great fastbreak situations, and the Rockets are really really good when they run... They must keep Parker out of the lane...if he gets going in the paint, the Rockets are gonna have a hard time containing the others.

Winning game 1 was nice...Time to get really greedy...championship teams bring it every second, and that is what the Rockets need to learn this series if they wanna shot at playing the Warriors in the next round. Build GOOD habits!!!
