Real PG's are overrated. I'm not a huge fan of Brooks although I still like him, but I'm tired of listening to this "real PG" BS that gets thrown around here quire a bit. Looking at the past championship teams: Lakers - Fisher: not a real PG Celtics - Rondo: real PG Spurs - Parker: Not a real PG Heat - Williams: real PG, although he didn't really have the ball in his hands Pistons - Billups: Great leader, great scorer, but not what I would call a real PG either, although for the sake of your argument, real PG. Lakers won 4 times with Fisher as the PG, and Spurs 3 times with Parker as the PG. Once again, having a real PG is really overrated. Brooks will be fine as long as he works on not losing his cool when the going gets tough. Also he needs to learn how to stop turning over the ball so much. I'm tired of watching balls go off his leg, him leaving the ball behind when driving, him trying to make some insanely difficult passes, etc.
