parker just being money on these 20 footers is ridiculous. bonner, udoka, and parker have made about 7 of 8 jumpers here.
If the Rockets would deliver quick ball-reversals around the perimeter, and maybe send a player to the elbow or foul line-extended, feeding Yao through despite the fronting defense wouldn't be that difficult. In fact, getting Yao the ball if the above were executed might not even be necessary to make the Spurs' defense pay for being out of position.
The Spurs KNOW what they're gonna do in the end of games, and they practice it, so they execute in crunch time. We DON'T know what we're gonna do at the end of games, we seemingly do not practice beating the front or getting off good shots at end of games, so we FAIL.
I actually think we played better against the Spurs under him than Adelman. Adelman's coaching ability is vastly overrated when we play against overly physical teams (which at this point is just San Antonio and Utah).
