that's exactly what happened. with bowen on the court, there is not post-repost thing. The opponent just left bowen wide open

Yao has missed some gimme shots this half... they are "bumping" him more, and being a little more physical... but his stamina doesn't look all that great today either.

Which is what like once a month? And I never disappear. Prove it!

BTW, I dont care much about Juwan's points. I get pissed at him because of his lack of effort on rebounds and defense. You will be really reaching high and far to defend him on those two accounts. Good luck!

Role players are the name of the game in the NBA.

The Spurs have them. The Rockets don't.

Udrih, Finley, Parker, Muhammed have all made an impact

Without McGrady, you expect other players to step up their game. Juwan has zero points, 4 boards (still), Alston left his jumper in Houston, Stro hasn't done much. Same old story when the Rockets play in SA. Bogans and Brunson have been effective.

The loss of Wesley really hurts.

Gotta give Pops some credit. He did a great job adjusting his defence on Yao at half time.

That would have been big had Yao made that layup. I like our teams fight though. They're scrapping out there.

Beautiful pass from Head to Brunson, who buries the trey. Yao misses a layup. Sure, he's tired.

We've looked far worse against the Spurs with a full-strength squad (including T-mac)... they've played them tough today.

He spinned and left Mohhummed behind and then missed an easy banking shot.

It's more than that. The Spurs have Duncan/Parker/Ginobilli plus role players. The Rockets have Yao plus role players. There is a complete talent mismatch out on the floor today.

Yao's led the team in minutes played in this game? (according to yahoosports) Man we've come a long way in that aspect (which isn't always a good thing)...we're still in the game though..come on rockets!

Dude layoff Brunson. He has been playing under control and keeping his turnovers low. You can't expect more for someone we picked up a week ago.

Nick, when has Juwan been "money" except for that 3rd quarter vs the Pacers. Juwan is one of the most ineffective role players in the game. There is a reason he has played on losing teams his whole career. You can't depend on him. He's a softee who poses as a tough-guy.

(that was a rare nice travel he caused on Duncan just now though)
