Yao looks spent. That 3OT game must still be in his system...

Well... I was hoping it was going to be closer. But nobody wins in San Antonio except the Spurs this time of year.

They're playing keep away from Yao. The man is 7-11 from the field and they're not going to him as a first option. Things go so much more smoothly when he gets the ball.

The guards have gone into their "bombs away" routine; he has barely touched the ball since the first half.

exactly...seems like francis wants to make sure there is not another day with him being the second leading scorer...

They should really stop giving the ball to Mo Tay... bench him even... he hasn't been playing well lately... he is like a black hole, shooting at every chance and bricking them or turn it over and giving it back to the Spurs... argghhh

Hope he does something real good from now on so we can somehow pull out of this.

    -G'day-

Too bad you dont know what you are talking about the rest of the time. ;)

But then again, don't blame yourself since you obviously base your opinions (bad ones at that) on second hand information.

Well, unlike you I wasn't watching the game because it's not available here. Should I pity you or envy you?

Rasho and Duncan may be a better defensive tandem in the paint than Yao and Cato. Duncan certainly has more experience than Yao in the paint, and Rasho is better than Cato in my opinion.

Yao Ming is the only Rocket that plays with any poise, he gets the ball with only 2 secs left on the shot clock, and cooly hits a baseline shot.

Too bad this game is already over.

There is only 80 of 82 games where I have any confidence in the Rockets. But one can always put 2 Ls in the games in San Antonio. Just the way it is right now.

    Tomorrow's Chronicle:

"We tried to get it all back at once down the stretch, and rushed our shots. We can't win that way."

rockets will pay the price by not making a trade...they could easily not make the playoffs again..portland made a trade and look at them now.....i can't believe this season is gonna go to waste again...
