It's so awesome investing 46 minutes watching a game and then the refs just reffing it up like they do and causing a 5 point swing and giving the game away...i love the nba david stern is the best commissioner since hitler

whatever... epic fail even with ****ty officiating... worst then the jeff van gundy 50k playoff fine for exposing(what later became proven) conspiracy against yao and the rockets... our defense choked... our offense choked... we played scared...the 'young' refs ****ed us for sure... but we were up b over twenty early in the game... the end of the game isnt wats important(just the most recosgnized)... it was our team who let them come back and just overall kill us(including [once again mchales coaching decisions])... scola is seriously not that good this year... lowry is obviously fatigued and not playing up to the same level as the beggining of the year... very upsetting and stupid... BUT the huge win streak was fools good... we beat most the bad teams,beat more mediocre teams then we lose to, and lose more often then not to the good teams.... which equals................................................................. we are the same mediocre best team to not make the playoffs BULLSH!T team we have been... whether its tankin, trading, or FA... idgaf anymore... just do something... im tired of this average lineup that wont get us anywhere over the hump,or even the playoffs at all... its upsetting...
Bottom line is that we constantly let teams hang around the entire game while all the time settling for jump shots instead of working the clock and trying to set up something in the post where we might get a foul call. Lowry has stopped penetrating in the paint which is a huge key to our offense and which is why goran dragic is playing so well and that second unit, minus jordan hill and his pathetic defense which consists of coming all the way out tto the three point line to cover a screen, is playing with a more up tempo intensity. Patrick patterson needs to be getting more playing time he has a good outside jumper and he bangs the boards better then scola who cant jump 2 inches off the ground. Kevin martin and his disappearing act in the second quarter is becoming old. we need to trade him while hes got some worth to his name.
I firmly believe we need to pursue someone like josh smith from atlanta to play the three position for us. trade kevin martin, jordan hill, and hasheem thabeet for him. Atlanta needs a center and we need a pf that can bang the boards, create a shot in the paint, and help out dalembert on weak side defense. Im willing to even willing to do a kmart and scola for josh smith. We are lacking the athletisism to defend in the paint as well as create in the paint on the other end.
I was at the game and all the bull **** calls on Duncan completely changed the momentum. But even aside from that there was no excuse for blowing that lead... Kmart and Lowry went to complete ****, and our second unit couldn't do ANYTHING. Gah I went from being extra pumped to wanting to bury my head.
Scola goes Jesus,K Mart and Lowry hit every 3 on the Spurs every time they play. I wouldn't be happy camper if we played the Rockets in the playoffs.
Ask yourself why we shoot the the least amount of free throws in the league. Because we are back to this tracy mcgrady offense where everything has to run through kevin martin. And unlike courtney lee who can drive to the basket and doesnt always settle for outside shots. kevin martin is content with just sitting on the perimeter jacking up contested shots the entire game all the while never following his shot and then he strolls back down the court half assly to get back and play mediocre let the guy fly right by me defense. Look at how well the ball was moved around in those two games kevin martin didnt play. We depend to much on him for our offense and his offense isnt going to the bucket its jacking up threes all game. Hell anyone in the league that shoots 25 times a game and 3/4 of those shots are threes can put up 20 points a game
dont believe me on the down fall of a team is relying on one player for the teams offense. Give new york a call and ask them how well its worked out with melo shooting the ball the entire game.
You get the refs every time. Id like the refs to be on the rox side when the 2 teams match up at least sometimes
Everyone acts like this is the first time we've had bad officiating playing against the Spurs. It happened in the game we played before this one that we lost. Every time we play the Spurs we are gonna get screwed by slanted officiating, period. Old Geezer Duncan gets all the BS calls and phantom fouls. He can travel and do whatever he wants though.
