his 3PT% is getting more respectable .340%

It's just embarrassing that the Rockets lost to this team.

So we are on a back-to-back and McHale gets nothing out of Terry and Beverley, the latter has been very bad lately, and still no Canaan? Yup, he went full r****d!!

This game can be chalked up to Bev, Terry, and Ariza going 2-17 from 3, Harden's 9 TOs, and bad officiating, nothing more. Anyone who thinks Houston won't have a better record than SA this season is crazy, just sayin...

Only 2 things bother me with this squad, Canaan getting no PT and being last in assists.

Rox beat themselves by not hitting free throws and turning the ball over. That being said, the refs didn't help and . . .

Tiago Splitter is a B*TCH! Pathetic LOL! I loved the fake whiplash effect!

Beverley, Ariza and Terry were 2/17 from behind the arc combined. We deserved a win, shots just didn't fall in.

Live by the 3 we die by the 3. All the TO's. Smh

We lost to a good team that we usually beat. It happens.

Did the Rockets go small at all this game to maximize spacing? I don't remember that they did. The front line always had 2 among Howard, Smith, DMo and Dorsey the whole game. I'd probably have liked to see some lineups with Harden-Brewer-Ariza (or even Papanikolaou in one of their spots) at the 2-3-4 when the offense was getting gummed up.

Brewer's excellent shooting offsets everyone who struggled. Rockets shot 36% from 3... not a great %, but it wasn't the problem. Turnovers and FTs cost us this game. It was surprising Canaan didn't play too.

Bottom line. The Rockets had a bad game. It happens. 9/10 Harden doesn't turn the ball over at 103-106 with 25 seconds left. I think at 21-8 everything is going well.

    FARRRRRKKKKK SPURS FLOP BROS

They won close games in the playoffs with their fk flopping

They play well but this part of their game is really important to them

Not really. The current Rockets team needed this loss. It will wake them up to the reality that it takes a lot to contend for a championship.

True but Brewer didn't cool off. He missed one 3 and then Coach pulled him.

The Spurs needed this win in a major way. So they paid the refs off. Lol we got our share of calls to. Turnovers and free throws is what cost us this game.

Terry and Bev missed a ton of open threes! noted during warmups Bev was bricking everything(I was at game).

The problem was the extra 25 possessions we gave the Spurs! It was sloppy basketball and they took advantage by hitting tough shots.

Rockets looked like the better team on the floor all night.

How many more games do the Spurs have to win without all their stars to prove this notion false? They do it every year. They are a really good team even when missing a star or two.
