Maybe Les Alexander and JVG should just call David Stern and the Spurs and forfeit since T-Mac is most likely out and the Spurs are the best in the league. ;)

This is what makes sports great, the uncertainty of outcomes.

Hey, if Bobcats can defeat Spurs, I don't see why there is no chance for us. Go Rockets! We will snap the record tonight. :D

i agree, at least alston tried to step up, you want him as "smart" as battier by scoring only 2 points?

as many posters pointed out before, alston was brought here to support tmac, not "BE" tmac, but sadly, now it's time for head/alston/battier/wells as a group to play tmac's role.

ideally, skip does not have to score 20 points, if we can get 15 apiece from wells and battier.

We just need T-Mac to play the last 35 seconds of the game....the rest of the team just has to keep it under 15 till then.

If Yao wins it for us tonight, he's hands down better than Hakeem.

Rockets usually play well on ESPN, 25% chance we win.

We have little chance to win, not zero chance. The Bobcats beat the Spurs on the second game of a back to back. The Spurs are a old team and the Bobcats are a young team and that played a big role in my opinion.

not expecting too much from this game but hopefully Yao can continue to play at a 35pts and 9 rebs level. But who knows, maybe our bench guys can step up and steal this one for us!

I dont know what Y'all think, but I believe it's time to start Bonzi. I am tired of seeing Luther Head drive to the basket and get blocked. the guy can shoot 3s with the best of them, but I dont think he should start after Bonzi (who seems to have lost a couple of pounds and needs some minutes to prove himself).

Bonzi should start, he can give us some size against the Spurs and he is the only player that might give Bruce Bowen a problem (Bruce is the best perimeter Defender, not that good in post-up defense).

Bonzi also gets a relatively easy defensive assignment in guarding Bowen, Battier can take care of the leftie Flopper, SKip to my Lou gets outplayed by Parker, but it's alright, Yao needs to really dominate and protect the paint.

please JVG, if it's half way through the 3rd and we are down by 15, put Novak in and draw a couple of plays for him, pick and pop, what ever u want, the same play u used to do with Tmac/Padgett. just let him shoot it. he might miss the first couple of shots because he used to being glued to your bench, but he will get his touch back and will shoot the lights out.

oh, one more thing, PLease JVG, please, I am begging you. please, if u see that Skip is getting owned big time by Longoria's boy, please, put in Vspan and let him show Parker what Defense means.

if JVG does everything I mentioned above, I think our chances of winning the game will be maximized to about 25%

With their record against the Rocks and T-Mac out... Rockets could pull a fast one over the Spurs but it really depends on Head and Alston.

Rox will keep it close throughout the first 3 quarter, but the 4th quarter is tough. If Head and Alston can make 7 3-pointers in the 4th quarter alone. Rox can win.

this is gonna be the first game i watch on TV after coming back to china for winter break
i've watched the broadband live or replay so far and the results are dissapointing (lost)
hope this time the luck come to my side
and by the way both me and my girl friend are sick due to massive consumption of food, food, and food, so hope a win over the Spurs will cure us
