    not it wasnt, he had the defender on him and he had to re-adjust his shot to get it off, meanwhile Miller had an open 16-17 footer.


    And .2 seconds shouldnt be enough to get a shot off...

    Although he has made some crucial mistakes, his playmaking has been incredibly impressive.
