Maybe this is the game he becomes more consistent.

Aldridge is declining significantly. Let’s wait and see next few games. We need to beat the world of Mavs, Nugs, ,clips, consistently, like how we did it last year.

Some observations tonight. We had 5 TO's & 1 of those was intentional at the end of the game. MDA played 12! o_O We out boarded the Spurs. CC was a beast! I was concerned when we scored 70 in the 1st half, but we finally held that lead in the 2nd half.

This game just proved that when we have a play maker on the court at all times, we'll be fine. MCW could be that gut if he could shoot worth a lick. Since he can't, we still need another play maker.

    Three things about this game:

    1. By far, the best defensive coordination I've seen from this team. Everybody talking, everybody handing guys off. Most important: We chose who was guarding whom. When one of our smalls got stuck on one of their bigs, the small handed off the big guy to another big and switched over. Again and again and again. You want to put us in a bad matchup? You'll have to attack faster than that.

    2. On one defensive rebound, I saw four Rockets go up for the ball. Not standing and watching and expecting a teammate to do the job. Four guys saying, "Me. I'll do it."

    3. Don't even talk to me again about trading Capela. Yeah, he benefits from two great playmakers. But he compliments them perfectly. Always runs the floor, great hands, finishes with either arm, covers ball handlers on switches, and when defending inside, alters what he doesn't block.

We won't shoot beautifully every night. But that defensive effort, on net, is worth at least 10 points a game. And that's within our power every night.

Biggest difference was having CP3 back. Scoots the rotation down to what it's supposed to be. PJ storming out after a foul call and sub was weird tho.

That dude Chriss looks like he is only playing basketball because someone told him that he is tall and he should try basketball.

The guy is absolutely clueless lol..

He was running back and forth trying to set a screen...at the wrong spots haha...

So, the consistency -- 13.7 rebounds and 3.6 blocks -- of the last 7 games is Fool's Gold, too. Featuring Drummond twice, DJ, LMA, Thomspon (one of the best Offensive rebounders around)

And holic has called several Fool's Gold games prior to this stretch.

He'll be an allstar if you expect better consistent production than that.

Cp3 was very vocal out there calling out the switches off the ball to get bigs on a big. We still made a lot of mistakes still but if we can get this down it will definitely be a nice counter to some of the ways teams have been attacking our switching defense.

Also: 3 guys on the same team with double-doubles, none of whom played 30 minutes. How many times has that ever happened in an NBA game?

And the best part was seeing his big dimples and cute smile out there on the court longer than usual.

    Great win.

Though Gary Clark's shooting %s makes Corey Brewer look like Ray Allen.

I dont have a problem with Capella. Our biggest problem is depth. But I would love it if he were an All Star lol.

Not Gary Clark's fault. Tillman cannot afford to hire a shooting coach.

smh.. You can say it now all you want, but you better show that same f-cking energy when he has a good game.. His Defense is still good his 3 pointers will come around.

Where were you when Gary was putting up 3 blk, 2 stl, 6 reb games?

I'll never understand fans that get off on the struggles of other players for the internet I told you so's

But he's cheaper than Brewer, so more likely to outperform his contract, so Clark doesn't have to play better than Brewer to be the better role player -- Cap wise. ;)
