    A good game to see how the team progressed since the losses to the LA teams (Dallas L was a fluke due to some amazing hot shooting, IMO).

    Can Beverly contain Parker somehow? Will Parsons bring his A game? Have Harden's feet recovered from last night?

    I'm really curious.

    I dunno why but I feel we'll win... but only barely. Spurs are always a handful.

    I get where you're coming from, and I used to feel the same after their first 5 or 6 seasons. Now, I just shake my head at how amazingly well run they are when compared to everyone else in the NBA.

    It's like competing against Apple... they kick your butt, but they keep doing the job better than everyone else. You hate that you can't beat them, but can't help but admire HOW they beat you.

    I believe in this team. I'm not certain we will win, but I'm certain we can. After all, we split the series with them last year with a lesser squad than we have now.

    For the Rockets to be considered serious contenders _ they have to start knocking off some of the big boys at some point during the season... And this would be a good time to start.

    What do the Rockets have going now that they didn't at the beginning of the season? I think T-Jones has been the biggest factor (also because of addition by subtraction re: Asik as a starter), but Parsons has also been playing very well lately. Brooks too.

    When you add in a healthy Harden and Lin back into the lineup, the Rockets could be frighteningly good.

    Leg parker get his but gotta contain Leonard and ginobili. They love creating turnovers and scoring buckets. I feel a w. Brooks , Garcia, and casspi need to have their 3ball on today.

    Our defense has to be exceptional in this game for us to win imo. I'm worried that our shots won't be falling like they did the previous games against those horrible Eastern teams.

    + Chemistry. Remember how atrocious our entry passing was at the start of the season? It could still use some work, but everybody -- and I do mean *everybody* (Harden, Lin, Bev, Parsons & Jones) -- they've all been doing a much better job of knowing when and how to get the ball to Dwight in the post. That alone makes a big difference. It can only get better the more they play together.

    Rockets win. I expect a lot of points for James Harden tonight. He will finally play 4 quarters. He's been held under 20pts 3 straight times due to blowouts.
