I really expect a close game tonight. It will be a tough gritty effort by the Rockets tonight throughout.

I only feel this way because I took the Spurs and the points. :)

    OK, OK...

Ginobili will impale himself on a scorer's table microphone going out of bounds immediately after committing a defensive foul on Mcgrady that is not called. As a result, he has to learn how to play without the use of his right arm, which he loses control over due to complications from the accident. Next season, after Ginobili fouls out of 10 consecutive games due to his violent and involuntary right arm twitches, the NBA institutes the 'Ginobili Rule', banning fouls due to the twitches. He quickly becomes the most unstoppable one-armed defensive force basketball has ever seen. Unfortunately, the gimp arm can't shoot so the Spurs get rid of Bowen and Ginobili takes on his role. The Spurs continue to play well, but chemistry changes in the lineup drop them a few slots in the standings, and the Rockets rise to win the next 3 championships. Infuriated, the Spurs seek experimental stem cell therapies for Ginobili (we're now in 2008 and W is gone). Ginobili regains control of his arm, but doesn't tell the Spurs and continues to play without the arm so the "Ginobili Rule" is not revoked. In 2009 the Spurs meet the Rockets in the Western Conference Finals, and Ginobili mistakenly uses the right arm to shoot a final game winning 3 pointer. Ginobili realizes that he has blown his cover and by the Finals the rule will be revoked. Even with a two armed Ginobili who can commit no fouls, the Rockets win the series in 7 games. Ginobili then realizes that the Spurs would have never won a single championship even if he had two arms for the past 3 years, and in a fit of Argentinian passion sets his hair on fire at center court. Duncan quickly reacts by dousing the fire with a sweat soaked towel, and overcome by the emotion of the incident comes out and proposes marriage to him on the spot. They move to South America, adopt 10 children, and live happily ever after as the Rocket continue to win another 4 championships to outdo the Bulls as the most dominant team in modern basketball history.

Ugh... its Steve Kerr... and its a Spurs game.

It might be till the 4th quarter before he pays the Rockets a true complement.

We've actually gotten great shots, and played good defense... yet we're losing 7-2.

That's how good the Spurs are right now, and how badly the Rockets are playing/shooting.

The Rocket's offense is so predictable! It's hard to beat a good defensive team like the Spurs when they know what you're going to run before you do.

Our guards need to learn how to pass from Tmac.. he executes his passes perfectly to Yao.

I don't know about that... we're getting wide open jump shot looks, and point blank in-the-paint jumpers from Yao... they're just missing those shots right now.

The offense is actually being run to perfection... for some reason, SA's defense is a step slow, and they're deciding not to front Yao (which always helps the offense run smoothly).

Some guys just have "it"... other's don't.

T-Mac has it, Magic, Bird, and Stockton had it.

Derek Anderson does not have it...

Wow... Yao just delivered a perfect lob pass to T-mac who was being fronted.

If only Yao could pass to himself.

CD needs to look for some help, this may go on all year with T-Macs back or knees.

Tremendous... we're missing EASY shots all over the court.

The Spurs defense is nothing right now... yet we're losing because we can't hit simple wide open jump shots, and point-blank layups.

Great pass Derek Anderson... somebody wake me up when he does something positive for once.

The guy plays spotty defense, can't pass, can't get the long rebound, can't dribble penetrate and he's now hitting only the occasional jump shot.

At least Wesley mans up on defense... what does DA do?

The Rockets should have never traded Big Shot Bob and to think all we got in return was a over the hill Barkley. :)
