    He actually can hit the open 3 with regualrity... and our defense gets some help by his ability to corrall all the long rebounds that our defensive scheme actually creates a lot of (since we normally pack it in, teams have to beat us over the top... but when they miss, we're in no position to get those long rebounds).

    Yes... he will get burned by quicker guards... but how would that be different than now? At least he could keep guys like Chris Paul out of the lane.... and he would deliver the occasional message to TP or Ginobili.

    How the hell is that an offensive foul on Yao? Nesterovic was IN THE CIRCLE!

    If the reverse happens, is Yao given the befit of that call? HELL no.

    A layup drill, their quickness is (surprise, surprise) killing us...

    Meanwhile, if Alston tries to be more proactive in driving inside and using his speed, he might actually become worthy on this team.

    JVG can come up with all the defensive schemes he wants...none of it will work if we don't have ONE player on the team who can guard anyone.

    Alright... that's it for me. Can't take much more of DA's toilet-paper defense, and lack of any contribution of offense.

    I also can't take any more of Steve Kerr doing a Spurs game.

    You just said it: shoot the damn ball and score it from the outside. A guy who can create his shot off the dribble.

    I was just being silly though, I am not seriously advocating Crawford on this team.

    LOL! I love how T-Mac did a lil dirty trick against Bowen to piss him off, and still got a call for him.

    Bowen is overdoing it now and he looks frustrated...THAT'S how you handle Bowen: play him 'his way'.

    really wish we had more youth on our squad.. when yao ming is the only one diving and hustling for loose balls .. we are in trouble.
