Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Rockets have not looked sharp this preseason. The only one ready to go is CP3.

lol panicking already?? This team has Chris which will help prevent chemistry issues and a slump. Ennis is as good as Luc and Ariza void will be missed but need Melo to hit open treys along with EG and that will more than cover.

Hey Batkins, i'm on your side. I suffered through the season with everyone else here. But the Rockets have not looked sharp and Harden isn't playing at an MVP level. Sure, preseason - but for all the inconsistency of melo, ennis, and the rest - we need cp and harden to always be ready..

Well, pay attention. First game of the preseason was pretty good, Melo looked sharp. Second game we saw how well MCW and Ennis played along with the dominance of the Melo 5 death lineup.

Thats not surprising. We have awful 3pt shooters playing on a system that encourages chucking alot of shots.

PJ Tucker and James Ennis are below average. Harden and CP3 are slightly above average. Melo is exceedingly average. The only good shooters we have are Gordon and Green. Both of them are incredibly streaky too.

A JJ reddick or a Kyle Korver would feast on this team.

This game shows why MCW will be valuable to this team. Instead of jacking up 3s that aren’t going in, he relentlessly attacks the basket for easier shots and he sets up other players too.

In short, we dun have enough pure shooters. They score in different ways.

    LMA looks very below mediocre.

Yeah they've done that nonsense repeatedly and it's annoying as hell.

Are we all going to ignore how terrible the Rockets are playing yet they are still up multiple points.

So you claimed you know the Rockets had a system but you suggested 2 of the worst defensive players in this league to play in this system?

    LOL

I feel you but it’s still very early. This is what the preseason is for. I just hate thinking about that season because I’ll have the same thoughts when things aren’t going our way early... but this is a much deeper team then 2015-16.

I wouldn't mind seeing MCW out there instead of Ennis. I thought Ennis was a better rebounder. I think MCW can do a better job.
