Oberto is like " damn this guy's ugly"

 

of course you can't get a NEW back. but he has managed his back to where it won't affect his game nor would he have to think about the back

so it fits his new role

 

I can say it wasn't that bad game. Looks we were completly cold from the outside and the Spurs made almost every shot. But we were able to fight and I like that. You can easily notice that we aren't together for a long time and the coach is new but damn it needs time. It was preseason, I think no presure on players from startin' five and you know what's preseason. I'm so glad it has already ended. Now the season starts.

Go to LA and keep Lakers' asses.

 

How JVG played McGrady = LET MCGRADY DO WHATEVER THE HELL HE WANTS. Including jacking up 30 footers in transition.

You can't blame McGrady for his performance under JVG, because JVG basically went out and said "If you see Yao posting up, get it to him, but otherwise just go play." You can only blame McGrady... since JVG put no limits on how he played, as long as he fed Yao.

 

i don't know it's just tonight. from what i've seen so far, scola's midrange jumper sucks.

My Thoughts...

Snyder forces too many tough shots.

Surprised Francis didn't get anytime at all.

Scola impressed me in the 2nd half. (and the 10 rebounds were nice)

Bonzi looked really good. I wonder if he's going to keep on shooting three's and will he make them.

Bill Worrell said "T-Mac to the rack" enough to make me happy.

I didn't really like Alston shooting coming off those picks.

 

He has been shooting those jumpers. I just think he was nervous.

 

Benefit the team or hurt it... I think we need to wait and see what happens when the season begins

did u see game 5 and 7 of last yr's playoffs? tmac was responsible for ALL OF THE BASKETS EXCEPT FOR 7 OR 8. who the hell does that in today's NBA? who?

that is too much responsibilty for tmac. too much.

nash is a passer. kobe is a scorer. what do u want tmac to be? don't let him do both.

How do you know Adelman will adjust and put Yao in the post? T-Mac may get good numbers as he did in Orlando, but his team will get first overall pick next year.

Agreed. Generally speaking its a good game. we played better than I expected.
although Im not impressed about Yao's role at the moment, but the good thing is we have way more firepowers than last year thats why we were able to sorta keeping up even when their shooters were lights out.

we out-rebounded spurs, much more points in the paint = yep, Im fairly happy about the outcome. However, Adelman, you know what you shud do now.

 

Man it's only preseason. Yao will get it goin', like everybody. Didn't you notice everythin' is new?

 

none of those guys are, good thing they made it to the pros...

 

Lawl, so you're complaining your boy got too many touches. That's something I've never heard before. So the solution is to give him less touches. WTF? Are you sure you realize what you're saying?

 

Seriously man... if you really feel that pessimistic about this season then you might as well give up rockets basketball altogether.. you seem to have already made up your mind about what is going to happen.
