    Well that's the plan since McHale did say he's alternating starts between the two point guards.

    I think what we see in the Spurs and Grizzlies preseason will be determine if the Asik/Howard starting combo really works out. I'm sure we'll see a little more of it as the season goes on.

    I wouldn't use it against the Spurs, Splitter's not really an offensive threat, and if any team can expose the offensive shortcomings, it's them (just not until the playoffs, they don't let you see it in the regular season, that's what scares me)

    Having Asik and Howard on the starting lineup might be good defensively against spurs but I feel that it is bad offensively... well for howard that is.... spurs' duncan and splitter can easily collapse on howard in the post as asik cannot draw either of them far enough from howard....

    Twin Towers will work in this game,Omer should be on Duncan though he owned him Last Season defensively

    really looking forward to regular season. howard really looks good, the summer off really helped put him back in basketball form we're used to seeing.

    Since were talking about going against Pop here, we don't know if he is going out to win this game or playing his "save the vets" approach whereby we wont be able to gauge a thing by the outcome of this game.

    While on paper it looks like a good test for the Rockets, it may not work out that way.

    Not sure if this will happen, especially because of preseaon and line up, but I'd really like to see Leonard vs Harden.
