    Terrible preseason for the Rockets. All of our main guys looked like crap almost every game. We've played horse**** defense all preseason. Hopefully we can flip a switch because if we can't we will get off to an awful start.

    There has been almost no synergy with this team the entire preseason. Great teams rely on their best players but they also create systems that facilitate easy baskets and ensure good defensive rotations. And they prepare for the opposing team.

    I am consistently amazed how none of the above seems to be in place for the Rockets. We kept most of our team together yet I'm not seeing any improvement in team play. If McHale thinks Harden is going to bail out his complete lack of strategy and sets, we all may be in for a long and frustrating season.

    Why doesn't KJ just give up on shooting. He needs to just play d, be a slasher, and run out on the fast break. He is an awful shooter. There are some good examples of solid NBA players that are just defensive stoppers, I think he'd be better if he started working towards just being that.

    In retrospect, it would have been better to trade Jones for a ham sandwich in order to get Josh Smith to stay.
