Ugh, the one time that I can actually watch the Rockets play on cable TV in Austin and I am going to the UT-Missouri game.

    Game couldn't be tonight huh?

I expect a close game. The Rockets always bring it on against the top teams in the NBA. We've beaten the Celtics and the Hawks, both away games.

The Rockets are quite funny, in that they always seem to lose big to the average playoff teams but bring out a big fight against the elite teams--Lakers, Celtics, etc.

I expect a close game, but with no real closers and no one wanting to find Martin in the end, the Spurs pull away in the final few minutes.

Notice, I only said if our bench came to play we'd have a SHOT, never said I expected a victory. The Rockets have become the Golden State Warriors of a few years back where against certain matchups we could survive better then others as evidence by the earlier matchup where we were a free throw away from victory.

The Spurs might win and win big but the Rockets have a better shot against a team without size then someone like the Lakers which can play THREE 7 footers at any time.

Brooks scores 37, Ginobili tears meniscus and is out for season, Spurs season derails and they don't make it past 2nd round in the playoffs.

As being a Spurs season ticket holder this year, Spurs have struggled more with speedy point guards then size. Blair plays alot bigger than he is, and has probably the best hands for a big man in the league. He has really frustrated alot of big man lately like Amare. I'm looking foward to seeing how he plays on Scola. If rockets want a chance, there going to have to attack the basket with Brooks who was playing great last game before the injury. Rockets will not win if Martin, and Brooks are jacking up 3's all game. Spurs have won 17 home games in a row. Best of luck to Rockets, but really hope the Spurs get there 40th win  right before the road trip. Looking foward to seeing the Rockets vs Spurs in March also.

I think we'd play them better then Dallas and Orlando. Those types of teams tear us up, and Mavs werent even healthy. Not that we are either, but you know what I mean. Glad we came back tho, that showed some BALLZ! :)

if we win this tomorrow night I'll be a HAPPY man! I'd love to beat SA and LA, man how badass would that be?

The truth is, I think we can play SA decently (tho most likely we'll lose, like any other team this year vs them), and we have a chance just like last time vs LA, and Utah is such an "iffy" team that we really just have to be a touch more focused/consistent to pull out a win on them.

Could you imagine a 3-game winning streak during this stretch??? we'd be 1 game under .500 and passed a really shtty chuck of our schedule haha.

it most likely wont happen, but theres always a chance. I'm down for idealism, GO ROCKETS!!!!!

Remember, we the Rockets usually surprise us when we dont expect much, and let us down when we expect more.

Its a tough stretch, prove us all wrong guys!!!! We'll have crow for dinner in a few days!

I hope AB goes off on them.

Ish Smith should also play. Spurs couldn't guard him at all.

Nice to see a Spurs fan respecting a Rockets board. Good luck on your championship run.

    I respect the Spurs, too.

    But Rockets win. ;)
