Nope. He is out with knee pain/soreness. Particularly concerning bc he has not been playing that many minutes. He is old, will be 40 by playoffs. He is approaching celtics-shaq level of deterioration. Kick their asses.
Duncan is old but still super valuable for them. Him being out is a big loss. We have a chance but they're at home and pissed about looking like crap against the Warriors. It's all about us keeping it close to have a chance in the 4th.
Hoping for a win. Like I said a couple days ago the Rockets can go a long ways in showing people we deserve to be on the level of okc and Cavs if we can win these next 2 games. The rockets for all our b****ing and moaning around here have quietly been a top 5 team the last 6 weeks. Since December 1st we have the 3rd most wins in the league (18) behind GS (22) and SA(24). We're trending the right way winners of 9/12 not turning it over and moving The ball a lot better. That early season hole we dug ourselves in is what's holding this team from having the 3rd seed right now. I mean we take away those bad loses too the nuggets and nets and this team is 29-17 just off that alone not to mention some other bad losses we had. We have enough talent to hang with anyone and imo one of the only rosters in the league that can give GS trouble with our length athletism and abilty to get just as hot as the Warriors for stretchs. Obviously they are better but from a personell standpoint the rockets should be one of the teams that give them the most trouble.
No chance without a strong all round performance from Howard.And no one knows if he will play. Even if he does he is likely to struggle. Harden will be guarded very tightly throughout the game.
Spurs will be on fire after getting verbally slapped around by Pop, this could turn into a blowout loss for us.
Why is everyone so scared of the Spurs? Its like every time we play a true contender everyone brings their expectations down on purpose just so that their tears wont cascade after the game and they can say that they knew this would happen..... If you cant handle your team face a tough opponent go watch figure skating..... I say.... Come get some SA!!

They don't guard the 40 foot jump shot very effectively, which the Warriors exploited to great effect. They are vulnerable at 40 feet, we need to throw as many of those as possible.
