Or Luther at the PG, and just have Tmac bring it up if they pressure.

Luther would get absolutely murdered trying to guard Tony Parker. I know Alston isn't a particularly good defender, but he's still better against the quick PGs than Luther Head.

Got my son tickets to the game down low by the tunnel for his 7th B-day, but I can't go, so my wifes taking him. It will be the first Rockets game for the both of them. He'll be in one of his jerseys ans she will be wearing my shoot around warmup, so I hope one of the guys will see him and throw him a wrist band or something...perhaps a win! Go Rockets!

Spurs are one of the opponents where we would have a higher percentage of winning with Yao only as opposed to T-mac only.

Hmm.. sorry to say, we go on a 4L streak :(

We'll go 3-4 in this 7 game stretch.

Exactly!!! I hope JVG's realized this problem and decided to change Rox' rotation next time. Please try to use V-Span one more time!

Even if JVG wanted to use V-Span, he can't now with V-Span whining in the media....

I suspect if and when V-Span gets another shot it will be in March at the earliest....after all of this blows over.

Exactly... Rafer is a way better defender than Luther Head. Parker will have his way against both of them but I rather have Rafer gaurd him.

Rafer can be a good defender at times.

I think Bonzi will get lots of minute this game. He did well against Spurs last game (season high in pts) and have always played good against Spurs (playoff of last year).

........And they tried to let me have it for my Kidd/Nash/Magic analogy.

--McGrady leads the Rockets with 32 points, but misses half of his free-throw attempts
--Alston misses his first five shots, prompting angry fans to start chanting, "Matt Maloney" from the "Red Rowdies" section of the Toyota Center
--Jeff Van Gundy decides to give playing time to V-Span, but decides to give the rookie a challenge by having him single-cover Tim Duncan: Duncan scores on five consecutive Spurs possessions, and V-Span is removed from the game

The Rowdies are going to have to scream really loud in the TC, since the game is in the Alamodome. ;)

Without Yao's inside Prescence, we got no chance. spurs are one of those matchups that without Yaozilla, we got no chance.

Rafer gets 2 techincals and is ejected. Luther picks up 2 early fouls... V-span gets some early minutes and gets 23 points and 6 assists on 8/13 shooting by the half
