That was 24 minutes of basic slop, not basketball. The only people that could have enjoyed watching it are Rockets and Spurs fans. For entertainment value, that was awful.
that's not even close to the lowest scoring half-time ever, but the lowest scoring first half was between the rockets and spurs, a 30-25 score. and i'm pretty sure the next time we played (or maybe just the next season), we had an identical 30-25 score at the half. so this is a shoot-out by comparison.
Both teams are. If you are not a fan of either of these two teams, you probably won't want to watch such a low-scoring game.
We have no business being in the game. Double-digit turnovers at the half, and we only down 1. I love this team. And this is the kind of game I love. Only a JVG game can be this type of ugly, rough, grind it out game. Knicks-Heat minus the punches.
I can't watch the game tonight. The yahoo sports sucks! t-mac is still 12 pts according to them and there is sooooo much delay!
Spurs just 36.2% from the field. 11.1% (1-9) from three. Good defense by the Rockets. Rockets have 11 TURNOVERS to just 5 for the Spurs. That's the difference in the game.
Is it just me or am I hearing a bit too much about Phoenix and Dallas even though it's a Spurs-Rockets game.
