Man, with all these sarcastic talks among fans, I am sure the players won't feel much motivated either. But nobody will feel sorry for them because they are getting their paychecks anyway.
I hope Rafer follows through on his comments and feeds Yao the ball throughout the game. I would like to see Yao use these last few games in order to grow accustomed to physical double teams and force his post play down opponents’ throats a little bit. That experience would be useful to build on next year. I like that the team still fights hard, especially since it’s usually in vain. I don’t mind if they lose, as long as they keep the score closer than the Astros have managed tonight, especially since they apparently shop for offense at the same store.
I say we take the suggestion of an earlier post. Pass to Yao EVERYTIME. If he can't get the ball, take the shot-clock violation.
