I know Im crazy..but I hope rockets win..win their next 4 or 5 in a row...put some heat on the Kings who will lost their next 3 before we play them....just to make it interesting...
Hey today's paper says Mcgrady out for remainder of season...if rockets get within 1 o 2 games of SAc going into the game with them, why wouldjn't he come back...He says he is pain free..so if by some chance they have a small chance to catc SAC..why wouldn't he come back...I clearly remmeber him saying he would come back if they had a chance.....I can always dream for a rocekts run and then we'll see...has anybody heard anything about that?

Yao has too many 36-38pts games

    he needs a

    40-45pts game to hit SPORTCENTER!

    I agree with you.

It's not worth the risk at this point. I recall that everytime before he came back during the season he said he's fine (at least good enough to play) and we all saw what happened: he got re-injured each time he came back and it got worse each time he went down again. It's not like we have a championship-level team even with a healthy Tmac (top 4 in west at best). Plus, guess who would be guarding Tmac in SAC?....Ron Artest! Tmac would be way out of game shape IF he came back to play SAC. An out-of-shape Tmac vs. a beast who broke MJ's rib a couple of years ago? I don't want to see it!

Yeah I agree to a certain point but so what if TMAC gets reinjured...he has 4 months to rest his back if he gets hurt again...I think if he feels fine he should help the team win (only if we are within shouting distance of the Kings)...if he feels good, then why not play...

Back and knee are crucial for a basketball player. We are not talking about some sprain ankle here. Plus, he is out of shape due to all these 5 weeks rest, there are not enough games left for him to get back to shape. He is done for the season and I am cool with that. The focus for the rest of this season is to further develope Yao and find out who are the keepers for current team.

Yao drops 44-18 and the Rockets manages to lose 87-90.

The Rockets will lay enough bricks in this game that can be used to build a 3rd fireplace in my house.

Well, there has to be a reason he is traveling with the team...I'm sure Mcgrady wants to play if we have any chance whatsoever...going into that game against SAC if we are within 2 games..i think he might try to play...i haven't heard him say on his own that he won't come back this year...that is what the paper is saying.....I guess it will be a null point if the rockeets lose any of their next 3 games....

As an experiment, the Rockets should just try to feed Yao the ball in the post EVERY TIME against the Sonics. If they can't get him the ball, just take the shot clock violation. No one else shoot.

I think we might actually have a better shot of winning the game. :)

    Go Rockets!

I hope the Astros game is quick so I don't have to switch back and forth.
