1st quarter ends. Rox leads 29-26! Look like a great game offensively.

The Rockets played great basketball in the first quarter and that's mostly to do with smart play by Steve and Cuttino. Now they just need to keep it up.

Yao plays the whole 1st quarter and starts the 2nd quarter. Will he play all the 48 minutes (if no foul trouble)?

Don't you just love it when after the Rockets lose a game we have all these haters who want to trade away Steve and Mobley etc etc. but then after they come back to whoop a team or start off hot all them haters just seem to evaporate and vanish... :D

Yes, I love it. And also after an ugly win, some fans claim 'a win is a win'. Then the next game there will be an ugly lose.

Playing smart gives you more wins while ugly wins give you a .500 team.

Where the hell was the foul on MoT? I suppose they'll show the replay after the TO, but I didn't see anything.

Finally a good offensive game. The Rocket's have 56+ points in the first half. Man, it's about time.

Calm down. Seattle is not a good defensive team.

Taylor should start for the Rox over Cato. Might as well have your best 5 scorers out at the start to get the offense going instead of having liabilities that can only dunk. I also wouldn't mind seeing Piatkowski over JJ until JJ can consistently start stroking his jumpshots again. Too many airballs off his hands for my taste.

It seems like Steve and Mobley and the rest of our team is maturing...growing pains. lol...or maybe they are just too tired or embarrassed or pissed from yesterday's game. I hope they are maturing and adjusting their games and trying to just play good basketball...hopefully it will last more than 1 or 2 games...I hope! We are looking good..maybe because the Sonics don't have an inside presence. I am very glad for all the great additions we made this year. They do all the little things...and hustle. I still think we're gonna lose though..at least this game is sort of exciting and close! I just hope that Steve and Mobley and Jackson can play like they did in the first half minus the turnovers the rest of the season. Yao is doing fine as well. Taylor was good on offense but sorta went crazy and refs forced him to leave early by calling ridiculous fouls on him. :) Moochie is still horrible but I am most worried about Cato. He has a tendency to foul and he leaves his man wide open outside. He barely has any offensive game although he did make 2 free throws tonight. Man..if there was a way to get Rashard Lewis..

Francis, Mobley, Piatkowski, Lewis, and Yao.

The refs just too bias tonight. Yao Ming is fouled twice when shooting (it shows clearly the when replay) but not called too.
