you gotta know t-mac and YM both played only three quarters..otherwise tonight would be a historical moment..(some people say in history, rockets' biggest blowout is 52pts)

First post. What a blowout! Rockets offense clicking on all cylinders. I had to get in on this thread. That's all.

I was watching the game before it was completely out of hand and our defense was excellent. It looked like we were saying, come on, just try and score on us! We laugh at your attempts to score. If it wasn't for Kyle Korver, they would have scored only 64 points.

May have already been posted, but does anyone know the NBA Record for worst loss? I know the rockets beat the Nets by 52 before.

I can't wait for the r2k highlights. I am excited to watch toronto after this but Philly should be a long clip with lots of offense and defense. Now that i think about it, this game might be R2k's most tedious assignment yet . God Speed. Sorry R2k if i sound impatient, you're kinda like santa claus to me.

I cant speak for the official rockets.com interviews, but the FSN postgame only interviewed JL3 and a snippet of the VG press conference.

the pre and psot game vid will hit the tracker before midnight...the game not till morning....if I dont get called away from the keyboard by the wife, I *may* get the highlights done tonight.

Wow, what a drubbing. I fretted over this game as tip-off approached because I wouldn't be home to see it on television. And then, at the last minute, my plans cleared up and I sat down to watch the merciless pounding commence. I know many people dislike watching anything but close games, but I must admit it: I love a good butt-pounding when the good guys win!

I hope they don't have a let-down in terms of intensity toward the next game . . .

That was the best 48 minutes of ball I have seen in a long time.

Offense intensity and chemistry, and defensive intensity throughout the entire roster.

    WOW !

This is a PRAISE the Rockets day !

    so did we win today?

68 points, 148-80. either the heat kicked somebody's ass or got their's kicked back in the day. probably got their's kicked since it was in the early 90's i think.

edit: december 17, 1991, cleveland beat miami.
