Why did Yao only play 5 minutes in the first quarter? He isn't in foul trouble. He isn't injured is he? (Unable to watch the game)
It's weird. I checked the nba.com for international TV. It shows CCTV5 will have this game. http://www.nba.com/schedules/international/CCTV5.html
Not looking good so far. Lethargic defense from Juwan. Missed freethrows. We could use Barry's shooting this game, bad move on the part of JVG for not activating him because he doesn't know which big guy to put on the inactive list. I don't know how you don't activate him when we are so thin in the backcourt.
Oh man. I knew there had to be a fatigue factor, but I didn't know it would drag us down this much. Hope we get it back. Has anyone noticed that T-Mac (almost) never shoots a good pct. in the first half? I love him and he's my favorite player, but he's never getting them to drop early, that's why his pct. is a lot lower than it could be...which is a real problem against him when you look at who's better than who, etc.
Waiting for Tmac's 3rd quarter. How many will he score this time? 14? BTW, who is guarding AI today? He did a great job so far.
Bill & Bull pointed that out during the broadcast on FSN-SW... TMac's percentage climbs steadily throughout the game, quarter by quarter... from an average of 38% in the first quarter to about 45% - 48% in the fourth. Makes sense, considering that a few posters on this board and at least one sports commentator continually refer to McGrady as one of the best closers in the league. I wouldn't worry; the past couple of games, the Rockets have actually been managing to go on runs with TMac on the bench. I don't want to hex it, but this is looking very promising for what's left of the season.
