This too. Lin is wide open. Step forward & take a long 2. He seems to be better at those than he is at the 3's.

Your defeating perspective on the rockets brings concern. Do you expect fans and teams to be okay with losing? I surely hope not. Its very easy to say, theyre young and they will lose lots of game but you fail to understand how great than can be. These past games theyve lost couldve been wins but the damn turnovers keep being an issue. They are amazing to watch when they fire on all cylinders. As a fan, im not okay with losing and the rockets shouldnt be either.

On another note, I know Lin is having shooting issues but it really doesn't help when Harden is willing to chuck and airball instead of passing to him while he is wide open.

I would rather let him work through those issues in game as I remember reading something like his problem being a mental one.

    This!

Asik is a great C, but he is a poor fit for our team.

Are they going in now? 3 pointers bricking last 4 gamez. Why would taking open midrange shots get you benched???? I gotta hear this excuse! Midrange is fundamental and ppat is the only one able to him them it seems

BTW - everyone tweet @ ppatt and morris, asking them to rebound, box out, and set picks whenever they, you know, feel up to it.

According to Morey the Rockets don't need a low-post threat. I guess he's okay with living and dying by outside shots. Just stupid.

Oh I am patient with this entire roster. We lost today I can't even be mad. I agree Lin's shooting needs to improve. It will open things up for him big time. He doesn't even need to be amazing at it just good enough to keep the defense honest. He needs a new shooting coach. I am usually a fan of being loyal to those who were with you before you became a household name. But I am thinking he needs to scrap his current shooting coach. The guy coaches girls basketball I think. He also is the shooting coach of Lins younger brother. That is egregious.

To be fair, Lin took it to the rim a number of times but couldn't get a call to save his life, despite getting hacked like crazy. On one replay he got fouled 3x, and raked across the arms knocking the ball out, and he didn't get a foul call.

Harden played above average defense vs his normal play. He did contest a number of shots.

The PF's were terrible. Couldn't make a 3 point shot. Not going to hold their lack of finishing at the rim as much against them since they weren't getting contact calls for the most part either.

As for McHale's rotations, I think the problem is we just don't have enough depth to give Lin, Parsons or Harden any rest. Even a tired Lin is better in terms of running the offense than TD. We don't have a proper back up for the 2 or 3 position either.

We just don't have enough skilled role players right now, and when the team is tired and shooting is off, we're just not that good.

31 minutes played for our Power Forwards and they grabbed a total of.. two rebounds. 2!
