Or Amen who led the turnover fest?

There's more than enough blame to go around for this debacle.

amen thompson really need to stop doing the jump pass ala jeremy lin. however, amen is athletic enough to get out of trouble but eventually teams are going to pick it up. he's definitely not trusting his handles right now.

 

As much as I have irrational love for Jalen Green, games like this are a sobering reminder of why so many people are justifiably ready to move on. Consistency is important, and it’s wild that we’re still having swings like this. If he doesn’t figure out his shot by next season, I will happily join my friends on the trade train.

Alpi played soft this game, no other way around it. I know we have a game tomorrow, but this was the easier game to win of the two, and we blew it.

At least Jabari, Amen and DB turned it around to end the game, but with our two “stars” playing like garbage we are legitimately as bad as the Pistons.

I hope it’s just because everyone went and got wasted for Jalen’s 22nd…which is also the age we’ll probably have to stop making excuses for his age

 

They are tanking on the road, I am not even mad......the Front Office lacks Potency......that is the most unfortunate matter.

 

I am not sure it is coaching staff related in the sense that I've observed the coaching staff literally having zero clue as to how to construct an offensive identity throughout the season, especially without FVV. Thus this is on Sengun. Be more assertive, more selfish and get/create your shot.

 

Either that or he's just playing poorly

 

I absolutely agree with you about the coaching staff comment.

The longer this season goes on the more like Udoka needs a hell of a lot of help on that sideline, he is great for a culture shift but he is making a lot of mistakes in other aspects.

I also agree somewhat about the Sengun comment, in that it's on him to be more aggressive, but he shares the same quality that Jokic does, in that he is more than happy to get his teammates involved over his own play. He seemingly needs someone on the sideline to tell him to disregard his teammates and just destroy the opposing big. It's no coincidence it's happened multiple times already this year, he'll have a quiet stretch and then just go ham and string back to back to back buckets in a short amount of time because someone has said something to him.

I almost wish he grew up in the American system where teamwork is second (or fourth or fifth) in comparison to getting your own.
