When MDA was coach of the PHX Suns he had Nash (best pg in the league), STAT, Joe Johnson and Shawn Marion. I dunno when was the exact year but you can look it up.

I'm just using his past history to prove MDA has always sucked at roster management and adjustments in the playoffs. Couldn't do it in PHX, hasn't done it in Houston. Will he be able to do it in the future? I dunno but if the Rox win it won't be because their coach was better than their opponent's.

Are you really using a plus minus argument for a pre season game?

    Ok I guess?

Should I use their horoscopes and tea leaves instead?

The whole ppint of this thread is to discuss what happened during a preaseason game, if you dont like that then don't post or even view this thread SMH.

Scrubberson isnt exactly a defensive and rebounding beast, it's not a major shock he has regressed massively in these 2 aspects once he got old.

None of that has anything to do with you using plus minus to evaluate a player in a preseason game.

I mean plus minus is already a poor measure of individual players but in a preseason game it's less than garbage especially in one game.

    But you do you.

Yeah, plus minus is such a poor measure it only tracks whether your team is winning or losing when you are in the game. It is such a poor measure its the only advanced stat put in the NBA boxscore, too bad the entire NBA population isnt as smart as you because they all agreed to include such a less than garbage stat in the box score for people to analyze. Because you know, other people should be doing everything with stats except analyzing them. Who does that?
