That is why this team needs a player like Artest who can bring up some fire. After every confrontation this team just collapses and disappears.

The question is whether he will take it as a positive thing. Some people just can't handle that

Speaking for myself, I was one of those who liked Mike James... and when I heard of the trade (first day of training camp; really classy timing, that), I said, "Well, let's see how this works out."

I feel pretty comfortable now saying that it was a crap trade. If a player is to be traded, I would hope the trading team would at least try to get value for him.

    James just owned us.

His fiery attitude is something we need. He owned the Rockets physically and mentally by making Juwon get himself ejected. Mike James, last laugh. Bad Trade.

Hat for Rox who had done wonder by winning two road games. Tonight, they just lost to a better team with much more talents.
    Good game anyway.

The Raptors are better than their record would indicate. They've won 7 out of their last 9 games, with their only 2 losses coming against Detroit and San Antonio.

The Rockets just ran up against a team that is very hot.

Check out the way the Raptors have been playing lately...and add to that the extra motivation MJames had and how he pumped up his whole team with his play, and you have a loss; even if Howard had stayed we would have lost.

The only ones who showed up this game and put in a gutsy effort are McGrady, Wesley, and Deke. The rest took the night off.

I am not disappointed at the loss at all, I am disappointed at a the way a few players played, I feel ashamed for them.

"Much more talent" ?? Unless you are being sarcastic, the Raptors have one of the worst records in the NBA, and are considered by many to be the least talented team. They do have Mike James, though.

Talent? I like Bosh, a lot. But most here say bosh is overrated and Yao is much better than him. I remember an old thread about it.

Umm...not sure how you came up with that conclusion. Run their roster on paper and put ours as it currently stands and lets see who has more talent. True, talent doesn't always translate into wins, but you can't win 7 of 9 (with only two losses against the two far-and-away best teams in the league) if you don't have talent, I don't care how 'hot' you're; this is the NBA, not the NBDL.
