Answer There are no organised plays for Scola! When T Mac is in he doen't make any plays with the idea of Scola scoring.
When Scola scored 20 points in two consecutive games he was playing with Mike James who made all the plays for Scola. Why, I don't know the answer! :p

    Agreed,

I noticed scola make a fast step many times opening up near the post but seems that teamplayers dont trust him. He can be a killer in those kind of situations because of his fast moves and good covering of the ball.
He can also play 1on1 near the basket like he has been doing but not with the same efficiency.

Btw did anyone notice a situation towards the end where bonzi was asking scola to set the screen but Scola was asking for the ball because he was free to shoot? Scola hesitated to make that screen and when he finally got the ball it was late on timer for a decent shot.
It seems to me like some of his teamates view him as an updated version of chuck Hayes that does all the 'dirty' work and also is a decent option to pass to when the timer expires.....

He is so much more than that he is CREATIVE

    Good points.

Pistons are deep this year. They are 11-2 after Nov. 24. The still growing/changing Rockets is just hit by a top team in the league.

Woulda, coulda, shoulda. All I know is I made the predictions right after the Philly game and I was one Detroit last second jumper away from getting them all right. I wish, however, I got most of the wrong! :)

I'm sure this question has been addressed, but I wanted to know how bad is Yao's injury? T-Mac's knee problem is really very worrisome. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Francis hardly got ne playing time, and when he did he couldnt play his game or he would get benched. I wish RA could give SF more than 35 one game just to let him get his game back

20 mins here,14 mins here, not enough time for SF3 to get back in playing shape.

It just required stitches. The injury to his thumb, sustained the previous game, should be more of a concern.

I don't know what to say about McGrady. Hopefully he can recover over the next 4 days. He needs to fully heal. He can't keep coming in and out of the lineup like that.

    The result should be expected.

It is a price rocket has to pay for hiring a cheer leader! It is a price rocket has pay for overusing Yao to his extent! The man has been completely exhausted for last few games mentally and physically.

Actually, it is a proved strategy to beat Yao. Calling everything when Yao is aggressive at begining. When he becomes "conservative" after getting a few fouls, stop calling anymore so that the opponents can easily dunk over his head.

Well, this was a tough game for the Rockets, t-mac injured, a tired team (and it showed) and the offense broke down and the defense just wasn't there either.

    Net result was a loss.

Yeah,I was concerned about his thumb. I was wondering how much it affected him tonight. I hope it won't be anything big.Sustaining a re-injury to Mac's knee may require more than a physical exam and rest.Hope for the best.

No because you are a loser fan a pessimistic one, I be you are a Cubs fans too.

Woulda, coulda, shoulda. Yes because you didn't call T-Mac getting hurt. I day and night with and without T-Mac, This is my prediction they will beat Orlando if T-Mac, Yao and Rafer are healthy , same with Toronto, and they chance of beating GS are really high. I can't tell you about the Celtics because they been playing some bad teams and no western Conference team on the road, no idea how good they are.

I tell you this Houston is 13-9 with RAFER, T-MAC, YAO starting the game, and 13-6 When with RAFER, T-MAC, YAO starting and finishing the game.

Well it is more than the thumb. According to a Wang Meng report, Big Yao had 2 of his fingers on his shooting right hand injured in the win over Chicago Bulls. The thumb and the small finger (i.e. the last finger), and the small finger was swollen like a small carrot. So he had been playing thru pain in this Detroit Pistons game with 3 fingers.......

That could partially explain his exceptionally poor FG%.

BTW, for TMAC, it is not his knee this time round. It is his left ankle. Twisted and sprained.
