When Yao was back at Q4, it was 89:85. Yao had 31 points already at the end of Q3. He only got 2 in Q4. Extremely tired. He was used up by JVG.

This is not hate. he had good number tonight with 8 TOs. I believe/hope he can be Tim Duncan like player. If he wants to dominate this league, he has to play 36 mins plus and with a good 4th.

by that token Yao also hit an easy hook shot, guess he didn't do bad either ?!

How many bad dribbles/ bad shots did Head and T-Mac make ?! There weren't one single smooth play run in the 4th Q. Everything was shut down. Rockets (and Yao )were mentally finished. Even Yao made two thunder dunks instead of TOs Rockets would still have a terrible quarter and lose.

anyway nipticking these points still don't cover you are an idiot and spreading useless hate that Yao killed the game.

Just got back from the game and eating out at Steak and Shake (where I saw someone with a Yao Ming Jersey on and we bemoaned the loss)

At the game tonight.. there were lows ... seeing Chuck on the bench slouched down when we were losing like he wanted so bad to be in the game ... there were highs ... when the entire arena was just flabbergasted with how to defend T-mac.

The reason we lost... second chance points. I don't know what the numbers were but there were a TON of second chance points. Gotta get the rebound boys.

I just watched the fourth quarter again. I was wrong. We weren't trying to force feed it into Yao. About half the time we were getting the ball to McGrady, for a pick and roll play at the top of the circle. That never worked.

Yao had maybe 4 or 5 touches in the fourth quarter -- he made one good, definite move. The rest ended in blocked shots or turnovers (and one of the turnovers was clearly BS). So, I apologize for being hard on him. Detroit's perimeter defense was just exceptional, and we made a ton of mistakes. Perhaps it was more a problem with execution rather than strategy.

The Rockets went to a zone defense late the fourth quarter, and that was pretty much a failure. Rip Hamilton killed us all game, and his defense on McGrady in the fourth quarter (particularly his ball denial which shaved a good 5-7 seconds off the shot clock each time and pushed him out of his comfort zone) was crucial. He gets the game ball.

I don't understand why they keep watching Rox games. Are they really Rox fans? I don't think so. They are just extremely sick.

I can guarantee you folks that Hayes with a hyperextended knee, a suit, tie, and bling blings can get more rebounds than Juwan with his game face on, and in best shape of his life!!!

He is in the board for years, he is not a hater. He supports Yao and Rox. Today he just thinks 8 TOs are too much, this is wrong. Without Yao's TOs, Aston would throw the ball away, and Howard would brick it. Yao and Tmac are only force today.

Dude, I really don't know what your problem is. IMO Yao is better than TD already. he ran out of gas because of continuously playing for such a long time. TD only had one advantage than Yao right now----his teammates. He did dominate the other team for about 32 minutes while he was double-triple teamed, constantly fouled. Tim Duncan could not save the rocket if he was in Yao's seat, he would only be worse. Why won't you just shut up if you don't know how to think NORMALLY.

If I did that, I would be the Juwan Howard of that profession.

I still have some self-respect, so i think I will hold on to my day job.
