no fire what so ever! Tmac played with no passion in the 4th quarter. As the teams best player and closer he should do more.

 

the refs are helping yao to get the first triple double of his career

and we are definitely a three quarter team. and i start to believe this is a coach thing

This team is softer than a baby's butt. and Yeah, our point guards stink.

 

This is the third or fourth game in a row he was unstoppable in the 1st quarter and just got passive the rest of the game. I think it's more than just good defense. He fades, and I love Mcgrady too, but he's not pouring it on in the 4th quarter like he used to. That's why were losing games in the 4th.

how about Yao? how did u like his fire? ?? the guy worked so hard to get his turnovers and get his shots blocked ...

 

I think a huge reason why the Rockets go on runs is because of their defensive strategy. I know JVG's startegy is to stop teams from getting into the paint, but against a jump shooting team like Detroit, that isn't gonna work. As soon as someone makes a move a second Rocket rotates to help leaving someone open. It worked the first 3 quarters cause the Pistons couldn't hit, but once a team gets hot they can kill that defense.

 

This team has no heart what so ever. What the hell is T-mac doing shaking hands after the game after his team once again sucks a$$ and loses. The Rockets have serious questions to answer.

TMac had no answer when the opponent traps up up top, it seems.

I think JVG made a mistake for keeping Battier out fo the game too long in the 4th--and Juwan in for too long.

And I miss Chuck Hayes... keep on thinking he'd get a bunch of the rebounds that Juwan and Padgett got owned on.

We're still playing .600 ball after going through a tough arsed stretch of games, including four in five nights.

You guys can quit on the team all you want, Just don't come back when the times are good.

Yao played great - but you can't expect him to carry the team for the entire game. Sadly, only Yao was the one that showed any energy in the 4th quarter, even though he was probably tired as hell from the first 3 quarters.

Only Chuck Hayes, Battier, and Yao show any spirit.

 

when will we get a player who can bring some fire to our team? i'm tired of seeing these guys fold every time a team puts pressure on them.

 

Houstons are 30 minutes team. They can only play 30 minutes good basketball. After that, whole team is crap. They cannot even outrun a back2back team. Dispointed: TMac played good first half, Yao is non-effective in 4th quarter, and rest of the team, crap!

 

guys.....c'mon...we're playing the pistons....a really good team.....truth is, I'm glad we played em as close as we did....yao played awesome and tmac had a great first half....we can't win em all! if we can sneak into one of the top eight slots, its all good.....we were a lottery team last yr....
