when the rockets play against the playoff tested teams, they never close out quarters or halfs on a scoring run.

it's the other teams that know how important the last few minutes are.

No biggie, we are going to build a 20 pt lead in the first 6 min of the 3rd quarter and then blow them away. ;)

Mr. Intangible is at it again. His contributions are so subtle, you can't even see them when you watch the game.

I'm starting to lose patience with him. We traded a top ten pick for this guy and he's playing like a lame FA acquisition.

As always, Detroit is running Rip off screens for jumpers and he's hitting them. It's not like anyone other than Battier was doing a better job on those. It's up to the team to play better team D when a guy gets run off screens.

Rip is not beating anyone one-on-one.

Intangibles will come when he gets a charge.

I need to get me some charge.

    Might get in the NBA.

On TNT.."Look at Zboy hustle!! this guy used to post on clucthfans.net, but now this handome lookin fella is bringing in all the intangibles while raking in millions. Lucky b*stard he is!"

I say it again Padgett and Howard are not good enough to have playing time on a potential contender. :p

I'm really not concerned. The Pistons rely almost exclusively on jumpshots, and when they get cold (and they do... a lot), they let their opponents go on big runs. Their defense is nowhere near when it used to be.

They started the game hot, and they ended the half hot.

Rip is not going to keep hitting at the clip he's hitting at if he keeps playing the way he's playing. We'll make another run at some point in this half I think.

Why the heck do we always have these collapses where we lose a 10+ points lead in the blink of an eye?!
